The stay was not descent, as the hotel room wasnot proper. The issue is with cleaning and maintainig a good place for people to stay . The room I was given had a big rat in it

Hotel Akash Continental in Delhi was a highly disappointing experience. The place was extremely dirty, with unhygienic conditions throughout the premises. Rooms were infested with mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep at night. The constant noise from both inside and outside the hotel added to the discomfort. This is definitely not a suitable place for an executive traveler or a family looking for a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, peaceful, or professional environment. I booked it for 2 Nights but Checked out Next Morning.

it's a most bogus hotel ever I stay. very pathetic condition of rooms and bathrooms are smelling very bad. mosquitos are welcome you when you enter into the room. Horrible Experience.

Worst possible hotel in the area.. You'll have a nice time staying if you like to use a poop stained toilet and bath with a poop stained soap, Uff that mesmerizing stink !! Go there if you want to open a cupboard with used condoms and beer bottles in it, want to sleep on a blood stained bedsheet and for your information they won't even replace it regardless of whatsoever you tell them. The management was rude and it felt like they weren't interested at all to host you. They gave us food in plastic bags and refused to give us plates. And get yourself health insurance before going there because there is a high chance of you getting malaria.they did not gave towels and soap etc. I checked in at 8 pm and at 11 am next day they told to leave the room

Hotel was dirty, had problems for running water, pillows were dirty. Had no lift. Washroom was dirty as well.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so awful I had to warn others. First off, the room was nothing like the pictures online – it was dirty, smelled musty, and the carpet had visible stains. The bed was uncomfortable with what felt like ancient, lumpy pillows. The air conditioning barely worked, and when I called the front desk for help, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. Speaking of the staff, they seemed annoyed anytime we asked for anything, whether it was clean towels or directions. Our stay at this hotel was terrible, mainly because of the staff. From the moment we checked in, the front desk treated us like we were a bother. No smiles, no basic courtesy – just cold, unfriendly attitudes. When we asked simple questions, like where to find amenities or if we could get an extra towel, they answered like we were annoying them. At one point, a staff member even rolled their eyes at us – completely unprofessional. Housekeeping barged into our room without knocking twice, and when we complained, management acted like it was no big deal. It was clear they had no interest in making guests feel welcome or respected. The hotel itself wasn't great either (dirty rooms, broken facilities), but honestly, the rude staff made everything 10 times worse. It’s sad when the people who are supposed to help make your stay better actually make it unbearable. Would not recommend to anyone.

The standard of cleanliness in the room was unsatisfactory. The bedsheets and duvet cover appeared to have been reused, and the bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor. Additionally, there was a significant presence of mosquitos. I arrived at the hotel at 7:00 am and, due to the aforementioned issues, decided to check out at 11:30 am. Consequently, i feel that the money spent on this reservation was not justified.
