Room is completely different what shown in picture. Unhygienic. Poor service. Bathroom shower not working

The room picture shown in website is completely different from actual. Condition not at all good and it is not even clean too.

The hotel was at good location, staff was very reasonable and the breakfast was tasty

very very poor condition of room. very poor stay in my life. I will never stay in this hotel in future.

Very helpful staff, nice rooms, breakfast buffet was good too.

1) Location: excellent, closer to Delhi Airport T3, right beside the Gurugram highway. 2) Food: excellent, hygienic. They also follow cooking instructions complying with an individual's health needs. 3) Room: Excellent and clean. Everything is in working condition, using those in toilets. 4) Staff: Nice, honest. 5) They provide to and fro Airport ferrying. Overall, an excellent place to stay at reasonable expenditure.

Very honest people, excellent service, food in a reasonable rate. They maintain high-level of hygiene. Prepare food as per the individual's choice and health requirements. Keep up the good service.

Photos what you see and the room experience is exactly the opposite. Rooms are really very bad and every penny paid is a waste. Free accommodation in government hostels is better than this place I guess. Total waste of money.

The room which i saw was not their no amenities and room are extremely dirty and small. I will never stay their nor i will ever recommend other

Rooms and location is good for a short stay near airport. Bed linens were not clean

Rooms were spacious but need basic things like wall painting etc needs to get completed. No water at washroom during morning time and they have changed the room for the same reason. Hotel staffs were cooperative.

Very poor choice / tie up by make my trip. Pathetic hotel. Please remove from your list horrible room, bathroom light not working, in this cold, geyser did not function properly. Moist towels. Very poor experiance. Disappointed

This is not a hotel , You can call it a Cheap Guest house , First of all They Try to move me to other property, After Some effort they provided a Twin bed that's also fine but , Sink, bathroom, Electric plug everything was broken and dirty inside .

Hotel stay was comfortable.

The door of the room was broken with partially functionalbdoor lock. The room could have been left open with a forceful push or a subtle kick. The television was not functional they had to replace the television after i reported over it. The staff are uncourteous. The charge exorbitant prices, respite me booking a complementary meal based booking, i was asked to pay for meal when i informed them and showed the booking they informed that the system didn't showcase that i have booked a pre-booked complimentary meal based room. They are charging g exorbitant prices and the facilities are poor. A total dismal hotel and stay

Overall a satisfying stay for 1 night. Hotel was good, food options are great. Property is clean & safe.

Mm t showed room area of 250 sq ft and 1 extra bed when i booked the property (but this was not mentioned in the voucher. The room i was offered was very small and with no extra bed. I had to upgrade to get bigger room and an extra bed. The staff at the reception during checkin was rude. Regarding room, it was big, spacious and clean but had a suffocating smell. No door was there in the bathroom and no exhaust either. Food was good and tasty. The overall experience, i will rate 5 out of 10.
