I recently stayed at Hotel for a business trip lasting over a week. Here’s my honest review of the experience: What I Liked The Hotel Armani By SMART GROUP’s strategic location is its biggest strength. It is located very close to IGI Airport and has easy access to the metro station, which made commuting around Delhi convenient. For business travelers, this level of connectivity is a major plus. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is polite and cooperative. The food served was tasty, hygienic, and well-suited for in-house guests. What Needs Improvement Despite the positives, certain areas require serious improvement, especially considering I had booked the Hotel Armani By SMART GROUP in advance for a stay of 8–9 days with high expectations: • Toiletries were limited and provided only once on the first day. Regular restocking should be a standard practice. • Housekeeping services were inconsistent and poorly executed. Cleaning was only done upon request, and even then, it was not done properly. Every time I requested room cleaning, the staff did a superficial job—more like a formality than a proper service. For a Hotel Armani By SMART GROUP that highlights its service quality during booking, this was quite disappointing.

My check in was at 01Am mid night at time am with my family so am worried about Hotel Armani By SMART GROUP and amenities also for late check in but they give us smooth check in at that time even 1Am room were deep clean washroom have all amenities. at that they receive our food order thanks a lot mr ashu I will definitely recommend this Hotel Armani By SMART GROUP to my friend.

I booked the room with Breakfast which was limited. Also one of the guest requested to peel egg shells ithe waiter acted up and eventually did it,rest everything was good. Room was not too big not too small but that is something you would expect from armani Hotel Armani By SMART GROUP but something that was unexpected from a budget Hotel Armani By SMART GROUP was the behaviour of staff that was too good specially mr ashu front desk he know how to handle guest with smiley face.

Hotel Armani By SMART GROUP was nice and good and clean , tidy , some staff are friendly and nice everything working good

Tea and coffee are bestfriend when you're traveling and they provide best there

Chef there cook very delicious food

Location was easy to find 24*7 reception kitchen taxi

Overall stay was good and pleasant. So am happy with it
