Staff was not supportive, bathroom fitting wasn’t in working condition, Hot water came but only half bucket, Food Quality was pathetic, no Sugar Free tee offered in breakfast only served after heated argument. Cleanliness was 0/10 in breakfast area.

I recently stayed at Hotel for a business trip lasting over a week. Here’s my honest review of the experience: What I Liked The hotel’s strategic location is its biggest strength. It is located very close to IGI Airport and has easy access to the metro station, which made commuting around Delhi convenient. For business travelers, this level of connectivity is a major plus. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is polite and cooperative. The food served was tasty, hygienic, and well-suited for in-house guests. What Needs Improvement Despite the positives, certain areas require serious improvement, especially considering I had booked the hotel in advance for a stay of 8–9 days with high expectations: • Toiletries were limited and provided only once on the first day. Regular restocking should be a standard practice. • Housekeeping services were inconsistent and poorly executed. Cleaning was only done upon request, and even then, it was not done properly. Every time I requested room cleaning, the staff did a superficial job—more like a formality than a proper service. For a hotel that highlights its service quality during booking, this was quite disappointing.

All things are good but so many hairs on bedsheet and so many dark and dirty spot on bedsheet and blanket ac cooling is also not up to the mark
