Excellent service by staff members and hygienic.loved it

The hotel’s price and standard are below expectations based on our assessment.

I booked the room with Breakfast which was limited. Also one of the guest requested to peel egg shells ithe waiter acted up and eventually did it,rest everything was good. I recently stayed at Hotel for a business trip lasting over a week. Here’s my honest review of the experience: What I Liked The hotel’s strategic location is its biggest strength. It is located very close to IGI Airport and has easy access to the metro station, which made commuting around Delhi convenient. For business travelers, this level of connectivity is a major plus. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is polite and cooperative. The food served was tasty, hygienic, and well-suited for in-house guests. What Needs Improvement Despite the positives, certain areas require serious improvement, especially considering I had booked the hotel in advance for a stay of 8–9 days with high expectations: • Toiletries were limited and provided only once on the first day. Regular restocking should be a standard practice. • Housekeeping services were inconsistent and poorly executed. Cleaning was only done upon request, and even then, it was not done properly. Every time I requested room cleaning, the staff did a superficial job—more like a formality than a proper service. For a hotel that highlights its service quality during booking, this was quite disappointing.

All things are good but so many hairs on bedsheet and so many dark and dirty spot on bedsheet and blanket ac cooling is also not up to the mark

Chef there cook very delicious food

Easy to access from main road Staff behaviour is the best thing i ever get in any hotel

Tea and coffee are bestfriend when you're traveling and they provide best there

Room was not too big not too small but that is something you would expect from armani hotel but something that was unexpected from a budget hotel was the behaviour of staff that was too good specially mr ashu front desk he know how to handle guest with smiley face.
