Very poor service. I had to call multiple times, knocked on the gate 4-5 times to get some plumbing work done in the room. Because of this, people kept coming into the room again and again. I ended up checking out at 7 pm itself. There’s no privacy here at all. Very bad service. I didn’t expect MakeMyTrip to associate with such a hotel.”

Room are very small nd not proper cleaning of walls, bed sheet nd hotel don’t give me 10 percentage discount on food bill

The look of the property was good but its maintenance pathetic. Their hospitality was terrible, no water(only a single water bottle for a room), no cleanliness in washroom, no toiletries and no hot water in the washroom. Even after multiple calls on reception, no response was given, eventually had to visit the reception everytime for any single requirement and query.

Property food was good , it's room were also very quite good according to the Price of the room..., had only one complain there which is , there is no hot water facility for the bath which is must

ac does not work, room was not cleaned, filled with bugs, and major issue was that the bedsheets had bedbugs due to which i got skin rashes

The room was not at all like it was in the photos, it was a very small room, the AC was also not working properly, there was no wifi in the room, nor was there a fridge in the room and the service was also bad. I am unsatisfied with their service

Overall room quality and hygiene was not good. Initially they offered me a small room without key stating that the key is taken away by previous guest. Later after discussion they changed the room however overall cleanliness of the property was not good. There was a pungent smell in the lift and bathroom basin was stained, room floors were burned due to smokers. Bathroom area had no partition or curtain that means when one take shower then there is water all over the bathroom. Last day there was rat as well seen in the room. Overall very bad experience.
