Here’s a polished version of your hotel review that keeps your experience clear, polite, and professional: --- I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for two days, and unfortunately, the experience was not up to the mark. The bed in my first room was very uncomfortable, and the room had a strong sewage smell, which made the stay unpleasant. Though the staff eventually changed my room, it took a long time, and I had to wait in the lobby for quite a while before being allotted another one. Even the breakfast menu was very limited and did not meet my expectations. Overall, the stay was disappointing and fell short of the standard I had expected.

It is profoundly dismaying to learn that the room initially allotted to you was marred by both unsatisfactory bed and an unwelcome olfactory intrusion, thereby vitiating the comfort that should have been your due. The subsequent delay in reallocating room, compelling you to languish in the lobby, is equally lamentable and unworthy of the standards we strive to uphold. Equally disconcerting is your observation regarding the paucity of variety in our breakfast offering. A repast that ought to have been a convivial commencement to your day, regrettably did not rise to the occasion. Your candid reflections are received not in the spirit of reproach, but as a clarion call for course correction. Please be assured that your observations have been duly noted and will inform our earnest endeavours to elevate both our product and service. Terrible Stay

Hotel is pathetic. The check in took forever, even other guests were fed up. It took them 20 minutes to give me my room. I had booked room for 3 people and during check in they told me I had to pay extra for the third bed. The swimming pool is a scam, even the staff at the pool are upset with it. It's small, not clean, they're using cheap chlorine or something. It doesn't have a drain. The navigation around the hotel is awful, reflecting poor design. If you want extra soap or anything in the room, they take an hour and 4 calls to give anything. All in all one of the worst hotel experiences of my lif Hotel is pathetic.
