Overall stay was good. Infrastructure was also good. One thing is this The Northern Palace @ 3 mins from Connaught Place is located in small lane which is around 100-150 meter from the main road. We have to request The Northern Palace @ 3 mins from Connaught Place staff for the same task multiple times, it indicates a lack of efficiency and poor communication.

nice place for family stay. Nice helpful staff, clean rooms and overall a beautiful compact property with all modern amenities. hot water is available on request. decent breakfast served. only downside we felt was the neighborhood is bit out of place.. narrow lanes with market like environment outside. worth the fare paid and very safe for families.

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard throughout my stay. The amenities, including the restaurant were excellent and exceeded expectations.

I found this property through Make my trip , Hotel is very close to New Delhi railway station, Service and room cleaning was very good, Amenities were also too good, Hotel staff is cooperative Nature, overall all experience for this Hotel is good.

The Hotel was at a Good location and well connectivity from new delhi railway station. Staff behaviour was too good and excellent Food quality just slightly had network issues but except that all are excellent 👌.
