When I reached the hotel no one came to pick my luggage. I had to carry all 6 bags alone till the reception from my cab. And secondly the rooms are so tiny that one have to walk sideways inside the room. While booking the rooms the photos appears to be big rooms.

The room was dirty and the facilities were not maintained. Even small flying insects and centipede-like bugs were walking on the bed. Flies were buzzing around the breakfast area, and the menu was extremely poor. The staff showed no hospitality and were highly irresponsible.

Excellent stay at a reasonable price Situated adjacent to gate number 4 of Green Park Metro Station Good breakfast spread Clean and comfortable rooms and we were given a late check out option as well Also got a 20% discount at the Restaurant Will definitely recommend this Hotel for its proximity to AIIMS and Safdarjung Hospitals

Descent location, poor amenities

Orion Elite's location is perfect for travellers as it's 3 mins walk to Green Park metro (yellow line). And that might be the only perk for this place. We stayed for 4 nights in Sep 25. The Deluxe standard rooms are small, hardly any place to walk with the king bed in the room. Bathroom has no ventilation & also cramped. Most pathetic was the breakfast experience which was free with our booking. There is no standard restaurant of the hotel and hence breakfast gets arranged in the basement of the hotel. Quality of the food was poor & it doesn't justify the hight cost of the room. The Avaya cafe attached to the amenity on the first floor is descent for coffee & all but costly for an every day breakfast.

though the room was clean but the description is not right.The premium room with balcony is much smaller than mentioned.The balcony instead of facing road or city was loacted inside the compound. you could see nothing excpet the adjoining wall and the kithen chimney blowing smoke.

From the day of check in ..had been asking for a room upgrade ..they will say sure they will consider. but in 5 days of my stay they dint make it happen...even when i was willing to pay ..because i had already made full payment for the 5 days..standard double room -very congested room..no window..you feel breathless as you sleep....breakfast horrible..no options..not clean enough...service sweet and good...but no outcomes for any queries or complaints

The Orion Elite - disaster in hospitality with a bunch of liars!

The hotel staff is filled with a bunch of liars - Manish Jha at the reception gave us a downgraded room during check-in with the reason that it was in our interest to have 2 rooms on the same floor. When we told him that we would decide that and he should give us the room category that we have paid for, he promised to upgrade us on the next day and to manage for one night. The next day, Khushi, at the reception, refused to honour the commitment made by Manish and said room is not available. And the GM Mr. Anup has no time to meet , discuss, and sort it out - he was not bothered about this, I guess. Also from no angle is this hotel a 4 star category hotel - pls update your rating. Breakfast is served makeshift in a banquet hall with stained chairs and tables and the food replenishment takes ages - most guests were complaining and leaving without eating. Overall, it was a pathetic experience!

A very small room in the higher category opted, no passway in room to go from one corner to another The room was completely mismatched with images uploaded The washroom was too congested as the bath and toilet were jointly attached and washbesan was too small according to the room and other amenities available and it is one Star hotel but mentioned as 4 star

Nice stay. I stayed alone but i felt safe & secure. The beddings & washroom were clean which was a major plus point for me. The breakfast & room dining menu isnt varied but good enough. The cafe above is nice too.
