Under My Roof Green Park | Rooms & Wi-Fi

I was with my kid here for 3 nights, we had a good stay, place has all the amenities one needs. The caretaker gets up a bit late and does not pick up calls in morning, so need to order breakfast a night before. Rest all is good.

rooms are clean. service if required is prompt. very economical. facilities are enough.

The rooms were not as shown in the Pics. The Bathroom condition was average. Not at all the charge they are taking of 3800

The location is great, near to restaurants and a market area, the room was spacious with basic amenities. What could be better, is the AC. The AC though ON did not cool the room at all. Since we were there only for few hours, was not a big issue for us.

At check in they took a lot of time and not professional at all

The property which I booked was not available. They shifted us to another property of them. For that I have to walk with my lagauge for around 1km. They didn't arranged cab. Room was neat and clean but toilet was not clean

The property location is very nice and near to nearest metro (green park. I like the services provided and the cleanliness of the room. There were options for food but i haven't tasted. Overall a good experience for me.

Walkable distance (without heavy luggage) from green park metro station. Comfortable stay. Bathroom was under repair that time, but no problem was faced. Electric iron box was also available. I was able to keep my luggage after check out.

It was a good experience. The location of the property was really good, just 400-450m from metro (Gate 3. Other gates will lead you to a longer route. 😅) Locality was peaceful. The property, including the room and washroom was clean and really well maintained. The caretaker was polite. Kitchen access was there with all the utensils you can possibly use. Only a little downside is that mobile network is not so good inside the building. That can be easily taken care of with the wifi. Food can be self prepared or can inform the caretaker (in advance) and he shall prepare. Or one can simply use the food delivery platforms. Overall, a really pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend.

Its quick neat and good place for all kind of travellers. Feel like home and all the amenities are useful. Caretakers are trained and well manners with helping mentality. I stayed 2 nights and recommended those who are looking good rooms around greenpark, aiims area.

Worst experience ever no basic amenities was provided care taker was very rude, they haven’t change bedsheet in entire my 4 days stay and no housekeeping service was provided during my entire stay worst property

Very nice location. It’s in proper residential society. Caretaker was nice and friendly. Apartment was also nice and clean. Easily accessible location.

Property is close to green park metro, well positioned. Property is very neat and clean, provided with amenities like tv, freedge, washing machine, microwave, common dining areas, iron etc, feels like another home. I recommend everyone to use this during stay

The homestay care takers were very helpful and attentive. I ordered breakfast and it had good quality. Room for improvement would be to add a mattress protector as sometimes the sheets are not well fitted. Overall a good stay

I found this via makemytrip for our delhi visit. We checked in late as we were travel-ling back from rishikesh, however i kept the host informed and he was ok on the call. When we reached the venue, he was not very happy that we reached late and there were two other guys sitting in the hall which made us uncomfortable as they weren't guests. Later towel weren't provided until day 3 after we asked.

Extremely comfortable and homely, a perfect place for exploring delhi. The rooms were very clean and the host was very kind.
