Woodpecker Rooms Hauz Khas

Terrible experience. Our booking was from 31/10/25 2pm to 1/11/25 12pm and at 11am on 1/11/25 they told my father to leave the room! I was not present at that time and they behaved very badly and rudely with my father al thought our boo was till 12 pm and i already paid fir my booking

The stay was comfortable. For the price , the room seemed not decent sized enough and the amenities and food was lacking. Addiontally, the building was deep in a colony without clear instruction to reach it at late night when lots of gates in hauz khas remain closed

Room were clean and tidy, I went for a official work for 1 day, so it was a good stay in Woodpecker Apt as expected. I recommend anyone as a solo or with family to stay in this property. It is very is to find and near to every place like VFs global, Green Park, etc..

The location was easy to find and well connected if you are going places via car, otherwise you need to walk 800m to get to the gate to find public transport. The room was clean,beautiful and comfortable, bathroom amenities could have been better. The food could have been better though. The caretaker was extremely friendly and well-mannered and helped us a lot, 2 stars go to him!

I didn't check in . please refund back my money. photos shown while booking were a complete mismatch. on reaching the actual place the scenario was completely different. not at all family place to reside

It was a decent stay but the location was a bit difficult to find the location. The hotel mentioned is now relocated

I was traveling with my family, and this stay was good. Caretaker Kunwar was polite and helpful. I would like to recommend this place ☺️

The photo shown in image was completely different then the actual room. It was smelling heavily. The washroom commode was not even had a hand faucet. I checked out immediately loosing all money without having any refund.

Good location, low price room walls with moisture and smell

The room was filled with cigarette smell and also the floor of the room was not cleaned properly. Also the room were given in another property not at the booked property.

Located in a convenient location. Home made food, cordial caretaker. Good services and amenities. Will definitely recommend.

Owner cancel-led the booking prior to my arrival. I received the message from the property owner that he has no room available at that time and he has already mailed you regarding the same

Conveniently located in hauz khas area of south delhi. The place is within residential area, and thus, the nearest gate to access the property often closed by the rwa, when you need it. So, please plan a few extra minutes. The illumination is the rooms is inadequate for the guests wanting to work, which could be improved by installing a bright tube light over the writing desk. The wooden cot is much larger than the bed. It should be cut to size, so as to provide to a little room to move about in the room, and thereby avoid accidentally getting hit at the corners.

The care taker sunil uncle was very nice, helpful. It was a very pleasant experience. The coffee was nice but food was a bit costlier respect to zomato i would say. Apart from that every sort of amenities are there.

Locality was good & peaceful. Room & kitchen was perfect. Caretaker was humble and helping by nature.

The rooms are big but old. Washrooms dont have jet spray which could be inconvenient for some. Most importantly the care taker there is difficult to deal with. Very unprofessional behaviour we had to recieve. The same owner has a different property, to get better service and have a nice stay i would suggest to book that. The other apartment is in d block itself, d1/17.
