Santorini Luxe Apartments | Hauz Khas Village

Room was absolutely amazing with lots of amenities and such cleanliness wasn't expected at all. From washroom to its kitchen everything was soo good , even the view from the balcony was soo romantic with a soft cozy ambience of room.

amazing room, no thinking 2wice just next to social. amazing view of lake with a joint kitchen in the room. not a five star property but a great place to have fun & party without stress of driving back.

I booked this stay of all given pictures wasn't matching with the original photos. There were dirts all around.

The place in a hidden gem in the heart of hauz khaz village with beautiful views of the lake..the rooms were top notch with every amenity that you could think of....highly recommended

It was a lovely stay. Exactly if not better than what’s shown in the pictures. The caretaker Ajay was very helpful and responsive

Great apartment, great service, great view

Stay was good, location is premium, good food at the cafe as well. Great amenities at the hotel itself the only thing is staff is not available readily but that’s okay doesn’t make much of a difference. Overall the stay was unique and amazing

I don’t usually write reviews, but Santorini Apartments in Hauz Khas deserves a special mention — for being an absolute trainwreck of a stay. Let’s start with the most blatant lie: there is NO jacuzzi. Despite it being the highlight of their listing and the reason we booked, there was not even a broken tub in sight. Just false advertising at its shameless worst. Second — and conveniently never mentioned anywhere — you have to climb four steep floors with your luggage. No elevator, no help, no warning. It’s a surprise waiting to ruin your day. Then comes the housekeeping, or rather the lack of it. The apartment was dusty, musty, and poorly maintained. Sheets didn’t feel fresh, the kitchen was grimy, and the bathroom was borderline disgusting. But the final cherry on this moldy cake? It rained at night — and the apartment flooded. Yes, FLOODED. Every window and door was shut, and yet, somehow water came gushing in like we were on the lower deck of the Titanic. We spent half the night mopping floors with towels because the host was unreachable and clearly didn’t care. This wasn’t just disappointing — it was borderline unsafe and absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place at all costs. There are dozens of better options in Delhi. This one is a damp, deceptive disaster.

Everything in falling apart in that place. No maintenance done at all. There was a weird gutter like smell in the jacuzzi. Further, everything was ill maintained like the drug in the Central was something that if you put your bare feet on, it will have to wash your feet again. Further, the sofa was broken. The curtains were broken. The fans were not working. The ceiling was broken. But good hospitality..

Great views, very clean and close to the market!

Location is good as it is in between of the Hauz Khas Cafe Market. Place is quite, peaceful and undisturbed. Management is good. You get whole set of Utensils and a fully setup of kitchen. Cons It doesn't have elevators

It was nice... really nice... just that the jacuzzi creates a lot of noise rest everything was good..... also, the restaurant which santorinis has tied up with serves nothing good (lakeview bistro)

While the location of the hotel was in the centre, it doesn't come up on GPS which is a buster. The property was clean and tidy, the interior matched the images however it was not worth the price somehow. The caretaker was sweet in the beginning but later behaved quite rudely. The 'breakfast included' on the site never mentioned that there was a limit of Rs 1000/- for a couple and told us when we reached the Bistro. The caretaker never mentioned it at the time of check-in. The food at the bistro was also pretty average. The room followed some sustainable options which are worth mentioning such as using re-usable waterbottles, shampoo & bodywash. The biggest kill was the double bed mattress as it was non&branded and hurt our bodies after a night's sleep.

There was no lift and the room was not that good as claimed in the photographs provided. The stay could have been better

From property to staff, everything was very good. We had everything delivered to the room from the cafe, including the beer towels. The food was tasty and the hookah was awesome. We had so much fun.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Staff was helpful and there was no disturbance of any kind. breakfast was good

The room is nice, there are no amenities, but the housekeeping staff covers all minus. Will like to mention ashok, super service.
