HKV Luxury Vibes Stay

I am disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The booking mentioned a jacuzzi, but it was not available. The restaurant is far from the hotel, and the staff refused to deliver breakfast to my room, which caused inconvenience. Please look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution.

It was an amazing stay. The room was good. Washroom was good and the view was also great from the room.

I have experienced the worst attitude of staff in my entire life of hotels, the staff is very rude and didn’t co-operate at all with me and my guest. At the time of booking they show another room with balcony, but they have provided me the worst room with no balcony, not even provided water bottles, toiletries, and the ambience is so poor in the room. The staff turned off the electricity of the room at the time of check-out so that we cannot stay even for 5-10 mins. Worst experience ever.

we booked the place looking at pictures, firstly the place is nothing like the pictures, it's as small as a match box. the host is the most uncouth and illiterate man. it was my wife's birthday, and at a homestay we came in with 1 guest, even though they said it has space for three we repeatedly explained to them only 2 people were going to stay and we were just going to change and leave for our party. meanwhile seeing that there is a woman around and it's her birthday the host sent the cops to our room. they harassed us and spoilt our night, troubled us in the morning to check out early, they refused to co-operate even with them. and on the whole it was the worst experience ever.

Not great, not bad. Back room have no views. Filter water didnt work. 3 floor. Avoid heavy lugage. Lol.

Favourite staycation spot! I was so scared initially, if I’ll be able to find the place and very thing but found the place easily. The staff was a bit weird at the time of the checkout, like the guy waited for me to come out of my room, outside, like calm down dude, I’m leaving, its morning let me get my things. But that’s also their duty however that was a bit weird. Then the guy went it to see if the room is okay or whatever. That was very awkward. But the place is pretty.

The studio apartment moroccan rid is a beautiful and cozy place to stay for a couple. Its a comfortable place, with attached bathroom, kitchen to bedroom having led in front. The walls and interior compliments the name of this apartment. The lighting and room decor was amazing to lure the eyes and heart. Felt like a queen with my husband laying on the bed or enjoying evening snack on chair/side sofa. The outer space is for balcony which was great to look outside the monument view, weather or just to sit with your partner. I enjoyed the stay alot and which to upgrade next time to other beautiful apartments available in this hotel too. They have jacuzzis and better view to monuments, big-enough space for a family as well. I would love to try those too. Happy with visit and stay in this one. The staff was kind and very humble. Our host was ighato who is generous and available to assist anytime of the day. The bistro restaurant is nearby for complementary breakfast for this apartment and it was 1000-inr above this amount one has to pay. They have normal options for veg and non alcoholic sections. The food tastes good but a little too costly. They gave 25% discount for lunch and dinner in case we order from this restaurant with providing name of the apartment. Overall nice experience to spend some quality time with your loved one.

Good view with good vibes. Hygienic and luxury rooms. Cooperative staff and morning breakfast arrangements with lake view but breakfast was not upto mark in taste.

It was a great experience. Very beautiful room and good service.

The room i booked was village residency, where the photographs show attached terrace/balcony. There was no balcony with it and when this was told to the owner, he was rude about it. Also he charged 1500 extra for 3rd person without providing any extra bedding.
