It was an amazing stay due to some emergency we had to check out on same date but the room was seriously mind-blowing lighting of room and aestheticly makeover of room was wow would really love to visit more

Room given by them was in basment. Room was dirty. Too much stinky bed. Washroom extremely dirty. The water bottle given by them already opened. Ac was doing too much noises. The towels provided by them are of very low quality. At 5 am they striated water motor near by room it was to noisy. I can't sleep almost all night

I think the guest missed out the fact that he in fast booked the basement studio which is cheaper than the upper floors. We have also mentioned that we offer RO water. guests are free to order bottled mineral water from the shop close by or ask the caretaker to get for them. We will be happy to get the same. Sadly the guest didn’t mention any noise of the ac during the stay and no such issue was noticed after checkout.

familyThe property was poor. There is no network. You are given a basement room. They will charge you more money for 'electricity. The owner of the place doesn't know how to talk to a woman. He is just a money minded person. I can guarantee you 10000% it is not safe for women, and we were two women staying. The bed size was small with mattress like rocks. Water situation was bad. Help was poor. Talking style was unacceptable. We were first told that we had no booking at all. Then after showing booking dates they said ah okay. Please book in aerocity spend 500 rs more and get better hotels. Trusssst me.

Imagine a lady calling in drunk state at 1:30am and asking for a checkin one day before the actual booked date. She was very politely told that it’s better to call in the morning as this is not a hotel but a homestay. Morning she called and told us that she would like to come in a future date since she has to travel back to her hometown. We politely refused as as cannot adjust dates . Thereafter she called and raised issues of no network. This particular unit is a basement studio and JIO networks are poor across Delhi. Airtel works fine. Wifi is also perfect. She chose this basement studio after reading the description. We are a simple living space in a residential colony. If the guests feels more comfortable staying in shady Mahipalpur hotels, i think it’s a personal choice. We are always here to welcome guests to our home as a family member and expect them not to treat hosts and hosting team members as hotel or guest house management and personal servants.

Stay at serviced apartment 171 was nice. Host was great and replies at the earliest. Property was nice, easy to locate. Stay can be more economical if breakfast can be included. Rest in all good experience or you can say ‘home away from home’.

Overall experience was good. Some regular minor maintenance and periodic checks are required in bathroom fittings and fixtures which can make stay excellent.
