Hotel Swati

The location is good for public and pvt taxis however the nearby area is full of spa. and dirty roads . this is not desirable. The hotel's swati room, cleanliness , BF and restaurant is good. The staff is helpful & cooperative..

Centrally located, pure vegetarian tasty food, polite staff. Best option for Vegetarians. Love the Tasty Gujarati Rajasthani Thali.

The location was good.The staff was well behaved.The only problem i faced was the room doesn't have the window.

hote is good, located at central market area, restaurants food was nice,service also good,room was neat and clean, however one big issue is whenever you book room through portal hotel management always provide inferior room with less toiletries, this need to be attend by mmt Location of property is good, food was also good, service of restaurant staff was good, reception staff was polite and helpful. In rooms mobile connectivity is poor, barely getting signal. Slippers and dental kit was provided after requesting which by default should have been given. Restaurant location is bad now, from both side road end, one can't find hotel location. If google location were not here, one can't find location easily, hotel management should do something about it. I had stayed with same hotel when it was on main road, at that time room quality was better than present one.

Bad service, no hygiene not worth of price which i had paid location is ok shopping near to metro station

Room was nice . Stay was very pleasant. Staff is very helpful . Food offered in breakfast is very delicious and main thing is they give proper service to every guest and see that all guest get proper hot and fresh break fast . I will sure stay again as same place .

Not a good place, as very congested and small rooms. Not a clean surrounding. Food not taken. Service is ok.

Basic facility like tumbler and bucket were missing. Ac wasn't functional they shifted to different room knowing the ac wasn't working but didn't shift the parents room. Do not have any food facility, just thali system. Tea wasn't good as well.

The accommodation did not have ventilation, the lift was pathetic and despite having requested for an early check in i was made to wait for 3. 5 hours before an unventilated room was allotted with me having to ask for the toiletries

Nice room. Hotel is located close to a market. It is also close to the sarai rohilla railway station. The restaurant serves good food.

Food was good. Room was clean and service staff were very friendly and helpful. Room does not have windows, which is common in karol bagh. Otherwise my stay was good
