I think the guest missed out the fact that he in fast booked the basement studio which is cheaper than the upper floors. We have also mentioned that we offer RO water. guests are free to order bottled mineral water from the shop close by or ask the caretaker to get for them. We will be happy to get the same. Sadly the guest didn’t mention any noise of the ac during the stay and no such issue was noticed after checkout.

Imagine a lady calling in drunk state at 1:30am and asking for a checkin one day before the actual booked date. She was very politely told that it’s better to call in the morning as this is not a hotel but a homestay. Morning she called and told us that she would like to come in a future date since she has to travel back to her hometown. We politely refused as as cannot adjust dates . Thereafter she called and raised issues of no network. This particular unit is a basement studio and JIO networks are poor across Delhi. Airtel works fine. Wifi is also perfect. She chose this basement studio after reading the description. We are a simple living space in a residential colony. If the guests feels more comfortable staying in shady Mahipalpur hotels, i think it’s a personal choice. We are always here to welcome guests to our home as a family member and expect them not to treat hosts and hosting team members as hotel or guest house management and personal servants.
