The hotel manager didn't allow to recognise the senior citizen card issued by the Commissionerate of Police, Bhubaneswar, THOUGH IT HAD ENOUGH INFORMATION and made me to wait for more than 40 minutes. The hotel administration also didn't help and insisted to produce Aadhar card/DL etc. I could download the DL from Digilocker after about 40 minutes and showed to the manager. after which he allowed my entry to the room. The room, though spacious enough, has a very steep floor slope and felt uneasy. The commode toilet is shabby.

Hotel location is very good .But property is very old & congested. They use to offer very worst rooms for Standard & Deluxe. While room offered by other hotels as Standard,they are counting that level in luxury one.

I recently stayed at this hotel after booking through MakeMyTrip, and my experience was disappointing. The standard room size was too small, making the stay uncomfortable. Even basic services were very poor — I had ordered a water bottle through room service, and it took more than 1.5 hours for them to deliver it, which is unacceptable. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and would not recommend this hotel to others

Room allotted was having problem of non operating intercom, but was resolved by the staff immediately by changing our room to available best room. So our stay was then excellent. Very good aminities. Very near location to terminal 1 igi airport, just 5 min walk. Food was also very good with quality hygiene condition and very good services and cooperative staff.
