An excellent property, absolutely spic and span. Lot of positive vibes and appropriately located. Simple but ompressive breakfast menu.

Overall, my stay at Bungalow 99 was pretty great and exceeded expectations in many ways. While the rooms themselves are on the smaller side, the thoughtfully designed and well-maintained common areas more than make up for it. Whether you're working remotely, relaxing with a book, or chatting with fellow guests, the shared spaces provide a warm and welcoming environment. Location: The property's location is excellent—tucked away enough to feel peaceful, yet well-connected to the city. It was easy to access all the places I wanted to visit, and I felt comfortable exploring the area even as a solo female traveler. Safety & Service: One of the standout aspects of the stay was how safe and well-supported I felt throughout. The staff was extremely courteous and proactive, assisting with luggage and ensuring I was comfortable at all times. The housekeeping is meticulous and frequent, which added to the overall sense of care and cleanliness. Food & Dining: Breakfast is available on-site, and while the options for vegetarians are quite limited, non-vegetarians will find it more satisfying. That said, food delivery is seamless in this area, and I had no trouble ordering in whatever I needed. The kitchen and dining setup is convenient and functional, which helped make me feel at home. Amenities: The amenities are simple yet thoughtful. You get access to clean linens, okayish Wi-Fi, comfortable seating in common areas, and helpful staff who are always around when you need something. It's not a luxury hotel, but it’s far more curated and charming than a standard guest house or hotel stay. Final Thoughts: If there were an option to book the entire apartment, I would definitely go for it—it's the kind of space that would work beautifully for a group getaway or a longer creative retreat. For solo travelers, especially women, I would absolutely recommend it for its mix of comfort, safety, and tasteful aesthetics.

Good accommodation , provides breakfast that is made fresh - no buffet , doesn’t provide lunch / dinner unless ordered in advance . That’s a bit of a challenge given that food then has to be ordered thru Swiggy/ Zomato . Ideal for foreigners . Guests coming with children should be sensitised to basic etiquette especially not to disturb other guests who live in the same floor .

It was super clean. Very comfortable great ambience. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I have booked it again for Friday night. I will always stay there during my Delhi visits

A very pleasant place to stay, neatly tucked away from the hussle bussle of Delhi within Defence Colony. A very well managed, maintained and tastefully done up place of stay with all amenities one needs when away from home. A highly recommended place of stay while in Delhi. I wish I had discovered it earlier.

Room was clean. Breakfast was very nice. Helpful staff and great location. Bathroom was nice. A little pricey though.

It was a nice stay in bungalow 99. The rooms are very well equipped and have a modern look. It is located in defence colony with lots of places to eat and explore just a walk away. The place is well connected to other parts of delhi so you wouldn't feel sitting in a remote location. The breakfast options are quite a lot. The shared lounge spaces are very lively and provide a home like feel. It's just a bit on the higher side when it comes to pricing per night and the rooms are a bit small and can only occupy 2 persons at max.

The property is very good breakfast is freshly made, very calm and peaceful l place if you wish to stay away from the crowded hotels.

It was a very nice experience. I easily reached the Bungalow. The rooms they provided were very clean and comfortable. I got there all the basic facilities. The stay was full value for money. I must recommend this to others.

Officially I traveled more than 50 countries but this stay will be memorable and different from even 5 star branded hotels.
