The overall experience was average. The breakfast menu was too limited with just 2 options for Veg and Non Veg each. There was no staff in the night after 09:30pm except for the Watchman to attend the guests. I booked deluxe room and got a very small room which was the only room they had when I checked in. No option to cancel as well. There was no Telephone available to contact reception nor the host had given any contact details. I had to call the numbers given online and then coordinate for any assistance or queries during the stay. The staff available was really helpful and cooperative but not easily accessible due to unavailabilty of any contact medium.

I recently stayed at Colonels retreat 2 and had an wonderful experience. The location is in a go area .The staff was incredibly polite and made my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi.

The property is beautiful and the staff are genuinely kind. We were allowed an early check-in, for which I am truly grateful. However, there is room for improvement in housekeeping, as our room was a bit dusty. The property also experiences significant network congestion, although they do offer good Wi-Fi connectivity. The contact number listed on MMT redirects to their finance office, making it slightly inconvenient to reach the caretaker as communication has to pass through multiple people. Breakfast timings could also be made a little more flexible — I missed it after a temple visit and returned by 11 AM. However, they were kind enough to arrange bread toast and an omelette for me, which I really appreciated. That said, I was looking forward to the full breakfast experience based on previous reviews. Overall, the location is very good, and the warmth of the staff leaves a positive impression.

The food charges are very high and only suitable for foreigners. They said we have to fill our water bottle by ourselves, don't give 24 hours housekeeping and even not provide guaranteed early check in or late check out. But yes this homestay is neat and clean. Thanks

Home away from home. Clean rooms, helpful staff, stayed for a night and i was not disappointed. Breakfast was scrumptious however the choice was not elaborate but the meal was tasty.

Everything was perfect. Only one suggestion from my side, there should be some variations in breakfast menu. Everyday we ate paratha, omlette and dosa. You cannot eat same breakfast for 4 days continuously

Everything was good except the room fan was of not good condition had to keep the ac on all right and fell sick because of that

I had to book this for my extended family, but i was skeptical initially. But when i visited the property, i was amazed to see how well managed it was. Very clean rooms, aesthetically beautiful and very good support staff. Would definitely recommend over any hotel in delhi.

I really enjoyed staying at this location with my wife. This homestay is located in the central area of delhi and hence very secure. I would highly recommend this place for family and couples. Special thanks to mr. Naveen for making our stay memorable. He provided us with all the guidance about the transport and the food markets. I would definitely visit this places again when i am in delhi next time.

A very good option to stay when in delhi. The hotel’s location is very convenient. Makes for easy access to markets, hospitals, etc. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The linen was fresh and clean, no dust on the tables (might seem insignificant but often overlooked at even top hotels. The staff is extremely courteous. Mr. Naveen (the caretaker/property manager) is helpful and resourceful. The breakfast is quite good as well. Limited options but well made. Overall, it is great, affordable option. You definitely get the bang for your buck. I’ve booked it twice and would book again.

The staff and rooms are incredible and it was a very warm and welcome stay. The food is also very well prepared and delicious. We enjoyed our stay there.
