Smooth check-in and check- out with efficient staff and services. Clean and well arranged room. Excellent breakfast with an array of cuisine....continental, north and south Indian tastefully laid out, very good staff and service.

Wrong address mentioned, no lift, bathroom water flow is worse, not up to mark hospitality, bad location where cab can't go easily.

Beautiful stay! Hotel is a perfect. It is close to the center and the i gi airpot. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into this Hotel again. The price performance ratio is very good."

Rooms are not up to the mark & they asked for your mmt account so that they can give rating to their hotel by themselves. So please don’t go for rating of this hotel . Staff behaviour is ok .

They forced me to pay 400 as city tax which was never communicated to me. There was no policy as such to pay city tax.

Star property like Lemon tree was available at approx double price - I got lured by photos and for short duration stay I chose this. It’s at third floor - there was dust and smell on the room, bathroom was smelly. Ac was noisy- Extra amount was taken under title of city charges.bathroom shower there was no force . In delhi star properties are at good rates, accessibility is also good . Suggested to opt for a good property.

Hotel is average hygiene is zero. They charge extra 400rs for city tax which you will not see while booking. Room was spacious but mattress was broken, dirty bedsheets, bathroom door broken, toilet shower broken, hair in bathroom

The hotel is maintained well with quality staff team and quality service Price wise also it is decent. Though the size of the rooms are small but as per price the cleanliness and hygiene are very well maintained. A small suggestion to the hotel owner(if reading this), please try to maintain the towel cleanliness and a small dental kit with very minimal expenses of 10-20 bugs per room can make customers feel good about it as customers usually forget to carry small stuffs Overall, I'm happy with the service and room and had a good stay.
