Stayed 1 night here to catch an early flight. In early yesterday Hotel reception looked nice. Good experience at check in. Room was very nice and comfy. No complaints. Room service food was also quite good. The hotel was also about 25 mins to IG I Airport. Would recommend. Might stay longer next time.

I had a great dining experience at their aroma restaurant. View was fantastic. Food was one of the best Aroma joints I ever visited in my life. The thali were done to perfection. Good collection of wine. Fresh juice was for me. On the whole great dine in.

Poor Stay

The hotel is located a bit inland from the main road. While the room and bathroom were satisfactory, the bed linen appeared dirty. A significant issue was the malfunctioning geyser. Service was poor regarding included amenities. Despite my booking including a two-way airport drop, welcome drink, high tea, and MAP plan, I received no welcome drink. When I inquired about high tea, I was incorrectly told it was the same as the welcome drink. Note: For the airport pickup, guests were required to pay an extra Rs. 200 for the airport parking fee. The MAP dinner was provided from an external, likely small, restaurant as there is no in-house restaurant. The meal was basic (one veg curry, dal, two rotis, and rice), and the quantity was insufficient, especially the dal. For the buffet breakfast, guests must walk 100m to the Park Tree Hotel. Even there, the breakfast was unimpressive with very few options. I do not recommend this hotel due to the lack of promised amenities and the poor quality of food and services.

I loved the place. It was too quiet the rooms were too good. The buffet was amazing. The staff was really polite and helpful...rooms were having safe and refrigerator and the beds were very comfortable . The room was having a study table....with all these there was the A.c. control ....the bathroom were very clean and with all facility of 5* hotel.....I really liked it

Worst experience ever! We had booked 3 rooms through MakeMyTrip for 6 people, and even after receiving a confirmed booking, the hotel staff denied our check-in saying they had no rooms available. The manager was extremely arrogant and unprofessional, showing no concern for our situation. To make it worse, MMT customer support was completely unhelpful — no proper solution, no alternative arrangement, and even now, our refund hasn’t been processed. It caused us major inconvenience and stress, especially after a long journey. This was a terrible experience with both the hotel and MakeMyTrip, and I would never recommend this property or booking platform to anyone. Highly disappointed.
