Hotel Delhi Airport

Very Bad experience at the property... their is no shower 🚿 , no hot water available for taking bath 🛀 , their is no drinking water available and no hot water kettle to boil water to drink... no soap available. Rude behaivier of staff and mangement. I left hotel before one day...

The room was in extremely terrible state. Taps not working, flush was broken, bedsheets were horribly dirty, room was unclean like hell. In fact, i shifted out of this hotel within 3 hours of checking-in. The hotel should not be in the list of hotels of makemytrip.

No space, no cleanliness, no hygiene, old torn dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow, open wiring, your knee will not be adjusted while using toilet, extremely congested and less spacious room and toilet. Blankets and bedsheets are dirty and stinking foul. Clothes racks has no door and hangers.

It was a pleasant stay at hotel delhi airport. Rooms are clean newly renovated new ac clean bed and bathroom. Staff is polite and friendly

Well it was indeed a smooth experience. Rooms were clean and hygienic one of the main reason i booked is because of its location when i reached they told me the hotel has been fully renewed to my surprise it was.

The hotel is very poorly maintained with very dirty rooms, that has no lock in the front. A/c is switched off in the middle of the night and when asked i got the excuse that there is no power. Fan is still on but the a/c is off. Which means the hotel staff is lying and making excuses to save money. This is not even a 1 star hotel and needs to be immediately removed from makemytrip listing. Please remove this hotel from the listing as i don't want another person to suffer as i did

The rooms were really spacious and food was good location is great for shoppers and it’s so convenient food was also very good. Social distancing was maintained

Very bad not advice able never

One of the dirtiest and jail cabin like rooms I stayed. Suggest not to book the room. Also, the service is not up to the mark. Completely disappointing.

Light from corridor through glass over door. Noisy AC ducts outside fortunately turned off at 10. Good shuttle service.

Hotel location was not bad, we took few time to find it, but the hotel rooms was so cheap,all appliances was broken. We took some pics for your better understand. We never booked that hotel again as well as you also. Overall we have very bad experience about this hotel.
