Disappointing Stay
The location was very congested and overcrowded. The hotel was not clean as promised, and the receptionist was quite unprofessional. Despite repeated requests, basic amenities like towels and toiletries were provided only after the night manager intervened. Dinner was served very late (around 10 PM) even though I had an early morning flight. Overall, a disappointing experience

Stayed in this hotel aroma suites with my family recently. The rooms and the rest of the property is maintained neatly and staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Never declined any of our requests even during non operational hours. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thanks to the management for everything.

A wonderful overnight stay close to New Delhi Airport. Friendly, kind and helpful staff, dinner and breakfast was delicious and safe for solo women travelers.

I tried their lunch it was literally amazing. The view and ambience of rooms are also next level. I wish to stay here once again as soon as possible. The staff of the hotel is so cooperative and supportive. They were so friendly to me when i visited this hotel for 1 night stay. You will love your experience.

The property is very unhygienic and old
I booked this Aroma Suit Property but due to parking issues they shifted me to the another Property which is very nasty and unhygienic. The same property is very old and rooms are in very bad shape. They don't also offer us the basic amenities which should be offered by any hotel. The bathrooms don't have the basic toiletries also the flush also not working properly. I don't recommend anyone to visit this property at anytime. Totally wastage of money.

Amazing Food, Mr. sanket is very generous. Beautiful Indian sign language. Met him at the restaurant for lunch buffet. Made me feel like at home.

Terrible Stay
As site under renovation and couldn’t get rest inspite of repeated request and trying to connect with customer service of Mmt but didn’t get any response only from ivr response thus forced us to vacant the property in late evening just wanted to bring into your notice that revocation job remain working till we left the property and lots of noise and disturbance sounds

poor hygiene stay
very unclean and unhygienic rooms,location horrifying, no towel and or other accessories supplied, no Breakfast facility, food supplies from nearby unhygienic resturant, as a regular and often user of MMT request not to have such poor stays on list

Nice rooms
Location is not too bad if arriving late due to the traffic issues. Food is quiet o.k too and staff was active in completing the requests. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Property location is inside gali, food they don’t have options, only 4 fix items in menu, amenities they don’t even have shampoo and shower gel, conditioner, etc...on service part it is bit OK, washroom is very small even in suite room...
