Location is very good, but food and hospitality is another level. The Abdul and other members took care of use, made this trip exceptionally memorable. Room is very well kept and comfortable

familyIts an excellent property. The stay was very very comfortable and secure. Gave us a homely feel. Mr abdul received us well and was very generous and hospitable. Top rated in terms of hygiene. A posh peaceful locality where we got oportunity to shop as well. Even the food was home-cooked and very delicious

The neem - home away from home
businessThe neem is in the heart of the city tet peaceful and serene. Well maintained, clean property. Abdul, raja's takes great care of the guest and their needs. They go to every possible length to make your stay comfortable and luxurious. Food is delicious and every bit of the property is so well maintained and tastefully created. Rooms are very spacious and toilets are well maitained. Every floor has a common seating lounge and an outdoor seating area to relax and work at your pace. I highly recommend this property.

Cold behaviour/unwelcoming
The homestay could have been better in terms of service and behaviour. It felt like we were imposing on the staff as they were a tad too

Felt like home
familyI travel-led to delhi for arranging accommodation for my daughter studying in delhi. I had booked through mm t after reading the positive reviews here. The homestay lived up to its reputation. It was a gorgeous property which was well maintained and clean. Very courteous staff with eagerness to make you comfortable. I felt like home here. My go to place whenever i will come to delhi again.

Terrible Stay
soloThe reception person embarrassed me internationally. Nobody should stay in a place with such an attitude. He wanted me to pay for the washing of bedsheet. No humanity and sense of being. I should have sued him for wanting to extort me. I have been traveling for 25 years and possibly been with difficult hotels. But nothing to this level of high handness and lack of morality. Still very hurt with such an inappropriate accusation and extortion. Bad day

Preferred stay - strongly
businessI was visiting delhi after a very long gap. I was looking for a good stay and we found this one best suitable to our requirements. It is one of the finest places to stay, safe and very caring people. It is suitable for business travellers, lone tourists or traveling with family. The care team is good, the rooms are clean, food is home made styled and suitable for all. Location wise, it is placed in a peaceful area, it gives the vibe of staying home away from home. For a subsequent stay, i will recommend it and would like to stay repeatedly.

Decent stay
familyI stayed with my mother for two nights here. The place is well connected to gk m block market. The area is safe and peaceful. The house is very environment friendly as it's full of greenery and plants which i personally love. There are caretakers, and people who keep the place clean. Complimentary breakfast is okay and you can ask for your choice of eggs - the cook is very amicable. The courtyard and the lounge spaces are nice to sit and feel like home. The only thing which we felt could be improved is having a locker or almirahs which could be locked in case you want to leave some of your stuff in the room. As the keys of the room you would like to handover for cleaning purpose.
