Good hotel, helpful staff and very close to CP. most importantly, away from noice of market around. Cozy rooms are clean, maintained with acceptable hygiene

No cleanliness in room znd bathroom, linens were so dirty. Location of the hotel also so bad. Had a terrible experience

I found property on mm t application. Staff is cooperative. All facilities are too good with proper housekeeping

Location was a bit difficult to find. But for the money charged the services was exactly as shown in the pictures. No problem with the room, water. Ac is controlled by the reception. Service charge of Rs 30 for serving 1 item to room. Breakfast is good with options.

The hotel is good near to the station but the road isn't that easily accessible. Also, in the morning we didn't get hot water as we couldn't find any switch. The door had some latch issue which got us bit worried for security reasons. As we were 3 ppl they gave 3 single beds which we liked and also welcomed us with water and beverage, so overall average

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very polite and adhered to our requests. The only drawback is the area where it is located.

The stay was premium. The location is not. But i guess it's the issue with the area as it is in the center of delhi. Access to all transport hubs are easy. Well maintained and clean facility.

The stay was very good but the receptionist was not good at all.

The stay was horrible. From cleanliness to management, everything was a terrible experience. First they agreed, for early check in without any cost but later on they asked us to pay while leaving. There was a lot of confusion, one guy said something else while the other shift guy said something else. Whatever we ordered from their restaurant, they charged us double without any intimidation. They did not share any receipt after stay and started asking us to leave as soon as they got new people. Room is somewhat okay but the stay has been a complete hassle. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone at any cost!

As per the area hotel is very neat and clean and have good rooms with sufficient facilities as per the rates.
