Hotel Sterling Inn at New Delhi Railway Station

Hotel location is so so. AC was not working properly. Bed sheets and blanket covers were dirty. Door lock was broken. Although the Manager provided one hour late check out. No welcome drink provided as mentioned during booking. Washroom was dirty.

Hotel is good but management is not good and bathroom was also bad poor management staff behaviour is average.

Worst hotel ever.No parking facility.Receptionist asked to park the car in railway station by paying.They charged amount greater than one day rent of room for a late check out of 1 hour

This is a very poor hotel in a very bad location. The staff is not helpful at all, the lift is not working, the room condition is terrible, the washroom jet isn't working, and the wash basin tap is broken. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The rest is your choice—book this hotel at your own risk.

My stay is good and behaviour of staff is also good.It is a decent stay,location is near new delhi railway station and quality of food is also good

Bad experience.

The hotel is located in a very interior and congested place where the only mode of communication is “you have to walk”. The place is very dirty. As far as the interior is concerned …. Rooms are very congested and stinky. Food they provide is overpriced. Not a good place to stay with family.

Hot water for bathing is available for limited time only. Late night services are not available. But if u are looking for a low budget stay. You can definitely stay there

Place was hard to find but for budget travel it ok. Service could have been better not a very peaceful area but works if you're on a budget trip

they charged extra for water bottle, the mrp printed on bottle is ₹20 but they charged ₹33 per bottle.. fone

The location of hotel not feasible for 4 wheelers as no entry for them, i needed to drag g my luggage for about 1km to reach the hotel

it's very difficult to find out the place. in room there is terrible smell. food is not good. Given Towels are totally wet.

Sterling inn is good hotel & their hospitality was mindblowing. Hotel guys behave friendly. If you stuck to a problem, they give the solution. Room is also really neat & clean.
