Hotel The Raj -New Delhi Railway Station

The room was fine, but the washroom was not clean. The ac in the room was very old and there was no remote to change its setting.

Bathroom seat was very dirty and bedsheet and blanket was also very old and dirty. Breakfast which was included was just a formality by them and didn’t provide a good breakfast. Manager was very rude and was not professional.

It’s was nice property who are registered officially and the staffs are decent and helpful. Room was good for every kind of trip either family couple or business trips as it’s affordable too

The hotel is right across the main road (desh bandh road. So, you don't get inside the narrow lanes. The hotel is neat and clean and reasonably priced. There isn't any fanciful services about this hotel. The bathroom was clean. No cockroaches or bugs. There might be slight noise in the room from the streets.

This is very bad experience I had cancelled my stay very poor terrible 😔 experience washrooms are very dirty lift is not working properly floor is broken and staff is not cooperative

It was horrible experience at the hotel and wasn't expecting such f om mm t though i have booked hotels before but this is the first time i felt threatened, unsafe as somebody was knocking the door at midnight continuously which was terrified. Upon asking to staffs, they denied behaved rudely. It was totally waste of money and wouldn't use mm t if they have such hotel in their agenda l

Bathroom water is coming in room, toilet shower is not working. Hot water is not coming properly. Room size is also very small.

Bathroom needed big time maintenance. Some switches were not working could not turn off lights. Ac remote was not provided could not adjust cooling. Tv was not recharged could not view tv

Such a horrible experience with this property i would like people do not stay their.

Pathetic stay, no towels, no water to drink in the room, no proper ac, there was no electricity for more than 1. 30 hrs

They disconnected ac and water supplies in rooms and said it is because of power cut but when i threatened them that i'll ask my entire business team, friends and relatives to leave reviews against you, then suddenly their power came and water supply too. They again turned off water supply after we left, which my family informed who stayed their for a little longer. Again we had to threaten them to give water and ac connectivity. To support their non sense argument they offered us a bucket of water and asked to use that water for everything, i mean for every basic need in the morning. Hell experience. Never stay there.

Hotel was good, staff also good and service was good. All over the budget hotel for 2-3 day/night stay people. If uh are with family so you can find your food yourself, bcz in hotel restaurant was not available and outsider food was little costly, that's why i suggest the best budget hotel is this ! very good. I like to stay here 3 days and 2 night. Thank uh
