hotel services, reception , cleanliness and wifi was satisfactory. Though the location is in lane, but easy to reach. walking distance from New Delhi railway station. Room and bathroom was Clean. Quality of Soad is below normal and shampoo sachet was not provided. AC was effective and operated from reception, which was surprising to me. customer has to call reception for any issue related to AC. Lift was perfectly working.

Location is in a very conjusted place i stayed with my father and he is a pateint of heart and also he is a handicapped man and with wheelchair it is in a very conjusted place the staff is very good they are very supportive food is average i don't like the food my h but it's okh i love the staff they are very very supportive

The location was very terrible, the bedsheets were very oily. There was no hot water in the bathroom. There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The rooms were smelly. And the main thing we booked a super deluxe room and still face so many problems. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

They don't want that customer book their room online. I reached there at 8.45 am. So manager wanted me to give extra or take room directly from him. But after I said I'll file complaint against this to MMT. He give me the room with heavy heart. Otherwise room was good to stay for one night.
