Review Of Hotel Saffron Inn

The door knob was broken. Mosquitoes in the room. Landline phone, TV had lots of dust on them. Hotel located near public urinal. Staff was courteous, honest and well behaved

The linen were dirty, the walls had stains, the bathroom exhaust didn’t work, difficult to find, did not try the food, its smell is unbearable.

hotel services, reception , cleanliness and wifi was satisfactory. Though the location is in lane, but easy to reach. walking distance from New Delhi railway station. Room and bathroom was Clean. Quality of Soad is below normal and shampoo sachet was not provided. AC was effective and operated from reception, which was surprising to me. customer has to call reception for any issue related to AC. Lift was perfectly working.

It was good studying here everything was same as shown in pictures. Staff was also very cooperative and helpful.

3. Blanket is very old. I'm feeling itching on bed

Pathetic experience, staffs are rude while asked for why there is no hot water and they did not informed anything while checking in

Location is in a very conjusted place i stayed with my father and he is a pateint of heart and also he is a handicapped man and with wheelchair it is in a very conjusted place the staff is very good they are very supportive food is average i don't like the food my h but it's okh i love the staff they are very very supportive

Room lock was broken, latrine pipe was visible inside the room, fan regulator not working condition, dirty water from tap

Good food in the hotel. I m not eating breakfast but i m sure that would be also good.

I am stayed 1 day over all was fantasticnd and i saw near by railway station walking distance like 300. M if i came again in delhi than definitely i will came this hotel.

The location was very terrible, the bedsheets were very oily. There was no hot water in the bathroom. There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The rooms were smelly. And the main thing we booked a super deluxe room and still face so many problems. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
