Zostel Delhi

This is the most impractical hotel. There were no washbasins in the restaurant which was in the basement. The top floor does not have toilets and the staff was too impolite.

Amazing Vibe , Great Location. Has working lift. saves you the energy to carry luggage.

Once i get in till i get out i recive a good service with great staff. The ambience of Zostel was gust awesome. I really loved it.

Not as expected and as good as other Zostel facilities. Staff specially the lady at the reception is rude. Deluxe suits look old, and too many glasses in the room (Feels like haunted). They were rude when i had checked in late around 10 PM and was a bit unwell so could check out around 11:30-11:40 (They told me people checking in at 2:00 am in the night and still check out in time).No complimentary water even for premium (best) rooms ... Location is awfully crowded and definitely not a place for a stay like Zostel... I had to walk down to New Delhi Railway station to get a cab...

The place was very shady, no clean bed was provided and even no water was provided at the time of checkin. I would not recommend this to anyone.

it was a great experience at Zostel Delhi, I met people from around the world, I met Germans, Chileian & Scottish at the hostel.

The property is clean but they don’t care if you have a problem. I didn’t get hot water and they didn’t bother to resolve. Texted called and met in person...but no resolution. Reason I suppose : I’m not a foreigner .

I had one of my best experience in this hotel the staff was very friendly and vert helpful a special thanks to Mr Raj for helping us and and giving us permission for late checking i will highly recommend this hotel for the person traveling to delhi and want to stay near paharganj there is no doubt that whenever I will visit delhi ill book the same hotel i.e. Zostel Delhi

The room had an unpleasant smell, but everything else was fine.

The property is in a good location with close access to the metro and train stations. The rooms were decent. Clean but not spotless. However, the management should look into maintaining hygiene in the kitchen l. Saw a rat crawl into a bowl of snacks. Had I not seen the rat, i would have bought and had the snacks displayed at the counter.

The location is very nice and the property is very well maintained. Clean rooms, great staff, amazing vibes- this place has it all.

I have always loved my stay at Zostel, but this time it went slightly bad because the AC's were not working, they shifted me to another room still not convenient there.
