The property was below average The whole room had a smell of wet walls, the most uncomfortable bed i slept on even the budget hotels provide well cushioned mattresses, and better pillow. one pillow had no sponge at all hard to sleep on that, blanket don't know when it was last washed, it is the sole reason I never book property online, they show something else on photos and provide worst rooms. worst service and booking ever. should have gone with other property being a hostel i think other hostel brand like zostel are far better than amigos india.

I stayed at Hotel Amigos India recently, and overall, it’s a good place for travelers. The location is excellent, and the food they serve is really nice — homely, simple, and comforting. However, I believe that what truly makes or breaks a stay are not the big things, but the small details. During my stay, I had two experiences that were quite uncomfortable. First, the place is very pet-friendly, especially for dog lovers, which is fine. But one night around 3 AM, I woke up to find a dog lying right next to my bed. Both I and the dog were startled, and unfortunately, the dog ended up peeing on the floor. It was quite a scary and unpleasant experience for me. Second, the next morning, when I had an early train to catch, there was no water supply in the washroom, and not even toilet paper was available. This situation was extremely difficult to handle and really set a negative tone for the day. I truly believe that small efforts — like ensuring basic washroom facilities and managing pets — can make a huge difference in a guest’s experience. With some improvements in these small but essential areas, Hotel Amigos India can become a much better stay for all travelers.
