The staff were very courteous, friendly, and welcoming. The service was equally good, and I really appreciated that they allowed guests to relax and wait comfortably until check-in time. One area for improvement would be the availability of an early check-in option, as it would make the overall experience even better. Another issue I noticed was with the air conditioning in the dormitory. The upper bunks hardly receive any cool air, making them quite uncomfortable, whereas the lower level remains well-cooled. Improving the AC circulation to the upper deck would greatly enhance the stay for guests. Overall great at the given price...Appreciated...

Very good experience staying at Hide-in. The location is excellent with nearby essential services like metro station, road transport, restaurants, and local market easily accessible. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff behavior is very polite, cooperative, and professional. The atmosphere is peaceful, safe and relaxing for short staying.

Amenities and location is good. The best was the clean toilets. It was super clean with staff regularly cleaning in detail. The beds are equipped with curtains for better privacy. The 12 bed dorm also just has 1 single A/C which was not enough. I was sweating on the upper berth.

The property location was safe and good. It is hardly 200 meters from Saket Metro Station, making the commute easily available. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. Washrooms and beds were clean and hygienic. Also it was definitely a value for money deal for us.
