Zostel Old Manali (Goshal Road)

I stayed here for tww days and it was hands down the best two days spent at any property during this vacay! The rooms are clean, the staff is cooperative and the host is an absolute gem, hosted engaging games, we laughed and had a blast of a time, must visit!

Worst experience ever as they had their own stupid rules like you cant take utensils/food in rooms, you cant even have bread toast in evening as it is from breakfast menu. The food was horrible with very slow service. Manager bhupinder was very rude.

I had an amazing stay at Zostel Old Manali on Ghoshal Road. The property has a peaceful vibe, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the mountain atmosphere. A big shoutout to Enea, our host, who made the experience even better—super friendly, helpful, and always around to make sure everything was smooth. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the common areas were great for meeting fellow travelers. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Manali. Looking forward to coming back...

location was way inside the city with no road. worst stay of my life yet. other people were drinking om the cafe rooftop too. just don't visit. worst in manali

First of all the location was too remote so hard to reach there. The staff there is very arrogant and no help with any check in process or baggage. The room was very dirty with stained bedsheet and blanket. The toilet was smelling gutter-line. A big no this place for me. We had a bitter experience with cafe as they were trying to charge extra from the menu price. Totally money wested.

Each and every service of the hostel is top notch. Abhay Bhaiya (the property manager) makes this place even more lively and vibrant. He's an awesome human being and also has a very helpful nature. The location is great. Just behind this place is a mountain which I climbed and had fun!

The property was beautiful, the location was also nice. The things which can improve are the restaurant menu items. The taste of everything was average but was overpriced. We stayed in a deluxe room which was very nice.

Stay and really good even staff were top helpful

The room is great and so is the vibe. The rating is so because the services are slow and the kitchen is understaffed and hence delayed services. The location is also not great since it’s 100-200 meters away from the main road and that stretch is really difficult to walk / drive.
