Sparsh Resort, A Boutique Stay (Near Old Manali)

I am glad to say that our stay at the hotel was very comfortable the hotel had good hospitality,food was awesome

lovely view from the room, of snow capped mountains and pine tree forest. Sahil was the most gracious host. very prompt service, and service was excellent.

We had a lovely stay! The resort is incredibly quiet—ideal for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The food was tasty, and the rooms were warm and cozy. Would definitely come back!

Property is located just 2.5 kms away from the Mall Road. The rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful view. It has outdoor sitting area for tea, coffee etc. Food is also good and prices are decent. Parking is also available.

It was a great experience staying at Sparsh Resort. Peaceful area with mesmerising views of snow covered peaks. Nice hospitality and good food. Owner is a humble guy with helping nature. Nearby you can find some places like van vihar, hidimba temple to explore.

I loved the place, quiet peaceful and bed was very good, WIFI was excellent. The personale was nice and they had the food you need on the menu if you want to stay there.

The property was comfortable to stay in all places were near by to this resort location. Food was delicious.

All excellent. I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Great Location. Warm blankets are add on to the experience.

Overall the service was very good, especially Mr. Devendra (manager) was always eager to help and arranged for our customized needs. Staff was courteous and the food was also very tasty. Location wise it is up the hill on the Hadimba temple road and the view from the family cottage is mesmerizing. We had a great stay and would like to come back again. Areas they need to develop are regarding the bathroom fittings and toiletries.

The resort is really good for a short stay. The room is clean, the caretakers are extremely friendly, and the location is also really good (very close to hadimba temple, van vihar park, etc. This hotel is very good also as a transit option in case you want to spend a few hours / half day before taking your bus or cab out of manali. The only negative feedback i have is that the room doesn’t have a heater. It only has a bed warmer which works well when you are sitting on the bed, but apart from that the room gets quite cold.

Very poor service like cleaning

My backpacking to Manali was upped a level by Sparsh Resort. The sole purpose of my one's stay in a hill station is to find peace and rightfully so the hotel location was located in such a place which is far from the sounds of traffic. Though the hotel was a little hard to reach, the calmness is worth it. The room was just like the pictures and though no view was available from my room, at the end of the lobby there was a balcony that fulfilled the wish. The washroom was clean and hot water was available. It was a true value for money and a very peaceful stay.

Reception called us around 3 to 4 times to check out even if there were no customers waiting, that's not a good customer service. No restaurant. Cleaners did not clean our room properly too. Hotel too far from old and new Manali, way up on mountain, your legs use to pain by the time we reach hotel
