We visited in the first week of Jun 2025. The place is located near the club house in a quiet location just by the river. The view from the room were good. Its a cozy stay, rooms,linens and bathroom were clean. Just some minor signs of wear and tear were visible. This property needs a climb of some stairs so it is not recommended for people with old age or walking climbing issues. Arvind caretaker was polite and helped us in all ways possible. the breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. Some of the attractions of manali are all close by in 2-4 km range if you like walking, else you can take autos from the main road which is 500-800 m away. All in all our family enjoyed the stay, the views and the breakfast.

The stay with property was not satisfactory. This stay does not have a proper parking facility. No power backup most the times their is a powercut. The hot water kettle never worked for drinking. The stay is located in hill top where we have walk 60-70 stairs to reach the hotel. At night there no proper lights on the stairs for safety purpose. the hotel is very pricy I would rate my stay and this hotel 1⭐️

Very beautiful property ! Rooms are well maintained. Washrooms are hygienic. Room service was good. Not a single point to complaint about our stay. Overall I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was peaceful and had a cozy vibe. The property is located right in front of the river and had a scenic backyard. We were 3 people staying in a king size room and it was spacious enough with enough amenities. Moreover, it's very close to the tourist destinations and yet away from the crowded places.

I found it through mmt and overall staying experience was amazing. The staff were polite and cordial.

Stay was amazing - food was ok and love the vibe there

The hotel people said that there are only 65 steps whereas we climbed 80 steps to reach the reception. Service is very slow. We requested them to arrange breakfast early but they didn't and without having breakfast we had to move to Chandigarh. Price vs quantity of food is very poor. We have a 8 year old child but had to order food considering 3 adults since the quantity was so less. Rooms are average. Outside view is not that good.

The stay was great ! we were a group of 5 people, the rooms and washrooms were clean and hygenic, the food was sooo good that we ate in the property itself and didnt went to any cafe. The host was also very nice and good.
