We had an amazing stay at the Orzu, Shivani, Abhishek & the entire Ninja team (Karan, Alok, Nishant and Monika) went out of the way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable (including giving into my daughter’s silly requests like collecting pinecones)

I had an amazing stay at orzu. The staff was very friendly and they have an amazing hospitality. The view was really good and our rooms were spacious and neat n clean. I will definitely book it for my next visit and its highly highly recommended They also have a cafe inhouse and food is amazing thanx for Shivani

Orzu Hotel Manali which is situated near Palchan at a very scenic location. Its cleanliness, hospitality and behaviour of Staff is its Plus points. excellent rooms, comfortable and affordable too. Food was also tasty. It's cafe is another beauty. It feels like any European restaurant or cafe.

Orzu butique stay deny to give us room even after9 conformed booking...i travelled with my 5 year old son and my spouse. Then I call to customer care . They provide us property amaya retreat cottage.Exellent staff n service in amaya retreat.I totally disappointed with orzu stays mnali.Please take strict action

the property is absolutely stunning and incredibly serene — so much so that you don’t even feel the need to visit any tourist spots. you get the most breathtaking views right from your window and balcony. the food and hospitality were top-notch. shivani, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. this place has definitely become my go-to stay in manali!

I stayed there for two nights and I must say it was incredibly good stay . Humble, Courteous staff along with prompt service. And this is what I expect from a good Hotel. Room was clean , Everything was in place didn’t needed to tell the staff about inadequacy. Food was great. The view from the hotel room was exceptional and breathtaking considering the Ice Caps covered mountains just when open balcony door. Hotel is located 5-7 kms from Manali which I feel is good location where you can easily hop to Sissu Valley, Solang Valley without getting stuck in Traffic jam emanating from Manali plus peaceful location. All in all it was happy stay, will again visit this hotel. Kudos to hospitality of the Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at ORZU in Solang Valley. The property’s location was fantastic, offering breathtaking views, and the food was delicious. The service was excellent, and I was particularly impressed by the hard work and dedication of the caretaker, Monika Tomar. However, a little improvement in centralized heating and hot water supply would enhance the experience even further. Overall, a great stay!

Amazing new property at a perfect location in manali, which is surprisingly not over-crowded and offer impeccable snow-mountain views 360 degrees. Green apple orchards at the front and back, and a modern french themed restaurant with delectable dishes makes it must-visit during any season. Keep it up orzu-orra and thanks for a lovely stay!

From the moment i stepped into orzo manali, i knew this was just a place to stay-it was an experience. This is a blend of charm, luxury and warmth. I generally don’t spend so much time on review but these guys gave 100 percent to make my stay memorable. I regret that i have spent 3 days in some other hotel which charged me bomb and services were very average but here the staff / food decor tidiness and services were just top notch. If you looking for a place that combines luxury with soul, orzu is it.

In-spite of minor hiccups in the beginning, i would say it is a nice place to stay. Loved my 3 days here, it's very neat & clean. If there are arrangements for the stay of the driver that would be good.
