I had a very bad experience here, I had booked a 2 night stay here and the front office, The staff at the dining room had huge confusion regarding our breakfast inclusions. They interrupted us thrice at the time of breakfast. Terrible experience for which I had paid the property for their expensive suit stay

Overall okay, experience. Bathrooms are in extremely bad condition - fungus is grown in the grouts, and the washroom gate is not lockable and remains open. And who gives a 24 inch tv in any hotel now.

My stay at mastiff grand was amazing. The hotel provides amazing hospitality. The staff is polite and courteous. They are always eager to fulfill requests and go beyond brief for the comfort of guests. Special mention for Bhagat from restaurant for great service and conversation. The property is absolutely true to description too. It is bang on the highway, rooms are large, centrally heated and luxurious.

We booked a suite for 3 nights. The room was spacious, heated and plenty of space for the kids to indulge. The breakfast buffet is a little limited but does the job. The room service food is good and the service prompt. Would recommend. Have ample parking for cars as well and i did not face any issues. They can move up the ladder if they work in doing a little tlc of the installed fittings. The hotel has the potential. A little bit of a keen eye for details and it can be one of the best in manali.

coupleThe river facing rooms are excellent beyond words. We stayed in their suite and the experience was just surreal. The property is aged and it shows, however the warmth of the staff makes up for it. Especially the restaurant staff. A few essentials were missing, however, the staff were prompt to make the necessary arrangements as soon as they were asked for. The food is perfectly cooked and not a single preparation was sub-par. Overall the three days were just perfect.

familyFirst the property and the location is very awesome you love it food is average but the service is very good. Restaurant staff was very nice for them i will give excellent. Now the rooms, rooms are really not in good condition, washroom is very dirty have fungus on the washbasin side.
