Mastiff Grand Manali Resort

We booked a suite for 3 nights. The room was spacious, heated and plenty of space for the kids to indulge. The breakfast buffet is a little limited but does the job. The room service food is good and the service prompt. Would recommend. Have ample parking for cars as well and i did not face any issues. They can move up the ladder if they work in doing a little tlc of the installed fittings. The Mastiff Grand Manali Resort has the potential. A little bit of a keen eye for details and it can be one of the best in manali.

The river facing rooms are excellent beyond words. We stayed in their suite and the experience was just surreal. The property is aged and it shows, however the warmth of the staff makes up for it. Especially the restaurant staff. A few essentials were missing, however, the staff were prompt to make the necessary arrangements as soon as they were asked for. The food is perfectly cooked and not a single preparation was sub-par. Overall the three days were just perfect.

My stay at mastiff grand was amazing. The Mastiff Grand Manali Resort provides amazing hospitality. The staff is polite and courteous. They are always eager to fulfill requests and go beyond brief for the comfort of guests. Special mention for Bhagat from restaurant for great service and conversation. The property is absolutely true to description too. It is bang on the highway, rooms are large, centrally heated and luxurious.

i always prefer to stay here, wonderful hospitality, location, best river side property in manali, great food and other options. accessibility, parking, cleanliness, everything is very good 👌🏻👌🏻

Overall review. Good. Cleanliness. 5 star services. 5 star food options in breakfast. 3 star room imfrastructure especially bathrooms. 4 star no games room for kids. Highly diappointed by this

The location of the property is excellent. We really enjoyed the food , it’s delicious. The Mastiff Grand Manali Resort staff is also courteous..we really enjoyed our stay in Mastiff

The resort was very nice and the breakfast there was also very tasty, we enjoyed staying there a lot and especially would like to thanks *makemytrip* for giving us such a good deal.

Location is excellent, the view from balcony is very scenic. Food is average. Service is excellent.

Duplex is a good choice for a family of 4 as the attic was spacious. Staff was professional and were always at service. Buffet was great and had number of options to eat.

Excellent stay in the riverside room with curtious staff and all good amenities, food was also very good and i enjoyed the stay thoroughly
