Mastiff Grand La Villae Lonavala

I recently visited this place and found the overall environment and stay quite good. The location was pleasant, and the accommodation experience was decent. However, the biggest disappointment was the food. Though it tasted fine at first, I suspect it may have been frozen or not fresh. On the day I checked out, I started feeling extremely unwell, and later I had to be hospitalized due to gastritis. The doctors confirmed that the issue was caused by the food I had consumed during my stay. While the place itself was nice, the food quality needs serious improvement.

Location was good Service was very good The taste of food was very average, can surely improve on it to get a better rating.

The approach road to the hotel was extremely poor, which created a very bad first impression. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, which was quite disappointing. The food was good, but overall my experience would be a 4/10.

The quality of this property has gone down! The linens were torn, the duvet & pillow had fungus. The toiletries were not there in bathroom. The food quality is also not good. Loved the location though.

Its location is perfect to enjoy the rainy weather of Lonavala. I stayed with my family. It was a nice experience. Food options also good. You will enjoy if you are planning. Amenities wise they have summing pool and indoor games. Spa and massage is not available due the employee was on leave.

It was good stay. There was very limited options to enjoy. Overall service was good. But property was covered in heavy fog so was unable to explore. Road to property is not at all good. It’s liters dangerous

Good location and view of nature particularly in Monsoon season and neat and clean rooms with required amenities

The Location is awesome. The food quality was average. The staff Mr Dipak was very helpful Location is amidst the valleys. The rooms are of different category. its advisable to take mountain view rooms. Food with jain options is available. during rains the road is a little raw towards the end around 500-700 meters. Make sure the car and the tyres is in a good condition

While accommodation was good the food was not up to the mark including restaurant service. Very less options and staff were more focused on serving room service and bars. Needs improvement

property is excellent rooms are good but the service and staff is very rude and they didn't keep there commitment also the resturant service is pathetic indont suggest any one to stay here it's tottaly waste of money

Good well maintained property in middle of nature good facilities and the operations manager Amit Dobal was good and very humble and helpful also the restaurant staff was very good staff from Manipur are very well mannered and prompt only thing which needs improvement is in room service housekeeping and food quality.

We stayed at this place on a weekend. First of all the location of this place is off the main road. The road leading to the hotel is not made- kaccha road, plus the hotel is in a valley so the Kaccha road leads you to a ghat like turns, which is a bit scary if you are a new driver. Hotel room was nice, overall vibe of the hotel was nice. Food was decent. The next morning breakfast, there was a lot of rush due to some bihari people who had come in buses, which caused a lot of chaos at the Food counter. Unless the road is repaired ( which might not happen as the receptionist told us that it's going through Forest ) it's not recommended.

Nice property and courteous plus friendly staff. Good food while variety is limited but well managed. Pet friendly and this is real plus.

The location is beautiful and serene. A slight issue is the approach road to the resort, it's raw and full of big potholes. But the resort makes up for it as it's in a secluded and extremely peaceful environment. The Swimming Pool is good and well maintained. Other sports activities are not well maintained. Food is delicious and all the staff are very warm and welcoming. The Room was beautiful, spacious with beautiful views. All in all one of the good resorts in Lonavala. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
