The hotelier does not believe in the guests you have payed them upfront Check in and you find that the designed rooms are clean and cozy but of a similar size of out our bedrooms. (King size bed with 2 ft space around the circumference) Bathrooms and neat and clean and have a beautiful bathtub. But you don't get hot water into it. Rooms have a so called SMART Tv (Brand INTEX). But there is no WIFI. (So you keeping gazing at it like Monalisa) One you get bored gazing at TV and sleeping, and plan for something to chill, you can have a long walk of 100 mtrs on either left or right of your room and keep wondering why did you come here...!!! No doubt this property has an ideal location just beside point. During winters the fog engulfing the surroundings will make it look . But the mosquitoes don't let you enjoy it and the balcony either. Certainly did not expect this from a property

the place is near the tiger point. The weather was good. although the property is still under construction and the rooms are a bit small. when we reached the bed was not cleaned properly but after complaining, they changed the sheets and pillow covers. food was really good, you need to inform prior if you want to eat there. The washroom was very clean. overall good experience!

There’s no proper WiFi setup. Comforters are poor quality. No basic first aid available at hotel. No hair dryer. No hot water in jacuzzi bath

Good but underwhelming.

It is a peaceful property with beautiful villa (though they seem bigger in the pictures). staff is really helpful and food is good with a set menu which is filled with alot of variety but on the expensive side. staff is really helpful and responsive. the only thing i found underwhelming is that how they don't clearly mention that the property is under construction and that they don't really have any activities to offer on the property due to that.

Worst experience at saffronstays

The stay was not fully developed, it is under construction. No Mobile Network, No wifi network in room, Still the prices are very high. Nearest Tiger point was 3Km away. I checked out in 6 hrs. Wasted my day.

The location was great on hillside. The rooms were great. The staff service could have been better with follow ups. More food options will make it a five star user rated stay. Cheers!
