Horribly maintained place. There is no kitchen. Villa is very poorly maintained. No reception. No one to contact. Bed sheet is smelly. Pool filters are not working. Switch boards broken. Water purifier not working. Above all the surrounding is filled with burning tyre smell due to a warehouse at the back side of the property.

groupWe expected better amenities and service for the price we were paying. Pros- 1. Zomato deliveries 2. A small but private pool 3. A small terrace with some decor for party ambience cons poor maintenance overall - appliances & furniture 1. The fridge was not working, 2. Furniture was second hand with some portion torn n burn marks 3. Microwave had cockroaches 4. No proper utensils to heat n serve food when we called the owner about the fridge not working, she was rude. We were told the earlier customer didn't complain so how can the fridge not work now. How am i supposed to know may be they didn't use. Instead of taking note of an issue and helping us out, the tone was rude and indifferent the caretaker helped us out here to stock our food in a working fridge in another villa

I would highly recommend this place for a family. We had so much fun in the pool. There were plenty of indoor games for the kids and the place pretty spacious. Host checked in with us from time to time and we appreciated all the help. I would definitely return whenever am in lonavala.

Mr. Upjit is a great host the place was drop dead gorgeous, it was spacious and amazing for family and friends. The pool was also great. The food was delicious, cohos-ts tan-vi and tanya with their staff was welcoming and the place was just perfect, would visit again for sure
