It was an outstanding experience for us. The villa was clean and the caretaker Nitin was very prompt in responding to our requests and made our stay quite comfortable!

The villa is perfectly located. Close enough to the city but away from the busy roads. You have lots of greenery around. The rooms were spacious and the apartment well equipped. There are 2 almost identical villas in this property. Overall a great, comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

The location is perfect for a family outing. They have amazing taste in the home interior. House keeper lives adjacent to the stay and available throughout the day. He was very helpful. There is enough space for car parking. My family enjoyed the stay a lot. Few things to improve - one bedroom has a faint cigarette smell even though the house doesn't permit smoking (maybe previous guests). The blank was not clean in my room (had lipstick stain). The overall experience was great. Would love to visit again.

The property is well located - only a few minutes from the bombay poona road - and before the lonavala market mess. However, it is close to the railway line - so you can hear trains moving towards lonavala station. Nitin, the caretaker was very friendly and helped out where needed. The rooms were nicely done - and the property was quite nice.

i had an absolutely wonderful stay at artica. the villa was just like in the pictures, clean, and filled with aesthetic decor and all necessary amenities that made my stay comfortable. the location was perfect—quiet but close to main road. the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations for local spots and ensuring everything went smoothly. the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything i needed. a pool would have made it a perfect 10/10.
