Ivy Silverhill | Entire 3 BHK Villa

The Villa was not cleaned. Washroom Basin tap was not working. Hot water was not proper. Approach road was pathetic.

The villa was easy to reach with the help of Google maps. Very quiet and peaceful place. Supermarkets and restaurants are only 5 min walking distance. Caretaker Anmol was very responsive. The pool was clean and the villa space was spotless. Loved the stay here. I'd recommend this for a Family private stay.

Worst villa ever booked by me, the host manav is extremely rude and misbehaving. Would never come or suggest this place to anyone.

There was electricity issue whole night. Whole night we were awake cudnt sleep. It was a really bad experience. Even the pool was not well maintained. Showers in bathroom were not working properly. Overall very bad experience

The cleanliness was good. However, caretaker was not intended to support much. Surrounding area was not at all good. Swimming pool was very very small. Many good options are available in vicinity at same cost.

There are no road to reach the property. If you have off road vehicles then you can go. The property also not maintain well.

Location wise its very good. No one can bother you there you can spend your quality time with loved ones.

Entrance was flooded. Cab drivers refused to go to the entrance. We had to walk till the villa. Road was all full of water, mud. Worst road possible to enter into the villa. Not worth of the money they changed.

There was a road fully flooded and it was very difficult to get there. When we reach there our villa was not ready at all and there is people still staying. Finally we we got our villa after a couple of hours we found the some of the areas were not cleaned and there was no electricity at all. There were smoke buds in the swimming pool. We were there without electricity for a very long time after which we decided to move to another villa.

It's a good location if u r looking for some peaceful environment. Had a great experience but i wait for the next time after the pool is fixed

Average stay, invest in location of property (signs)

Place and everything is good. Only problem there is no caretaker to help you in-case you need anything from the market which you have forgot to get. A lady from the slum will give the keys and rest you are on your own. Apart from that clean, hygienic and good location.

It was a great stay. We loved our experience at this villa.

The property was centrally located and easily accessible. The surrounding was calm and relaxing. The staffs were cooperative and mannered. The rooms were relaxing and the facilities were up to the mark. The food was great and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend the property.
