The Villa was not cleaned. Washroom Basin tap was not working. Hot water was not proper. Approach road was pathetic.

The villa was easy to reach with the help of Google maps. Very quiet and peaceful place. Supermarkets and restaurants are only 5 min walking distance. Caretaker Anmol was very responsive. The pool was clean and the villa space was spotless. Loved the stay here. I'd recommend this for a Family private stay.

Dear Rohit Greetings You had made a wrong booking for the dates. When you did not arrive till 11 pm we called you for the reason. You told us that you want to change the date and gave vague reasons. The booking was non refundable as per company policy. The name you mentioned is not the owner you cannot blame someone for your own mistake. No one was rude itโs that the booking was non refundable. There was electricity issue whole night. Whole night we were awake cudnt sleep. It was a really bad experience. Even the pool was not well maintained. Showers in bathroom were not working properly. Overall very bad experience

Lo-action was almost out of reach

Entrance was flooded. Cab drivers refused to go to the entrance. We had to walk till the villa. Road was all full of water, mud. Worst road possible to enter into the villa. Not worth of the money they changed.

Road blocked due to rain

There was a road fully flooded and it was very difficult to get there. When we reach there our villa was not ready at all and there is people still staying. Finally we we got our villa after a couple of hours we found the some of the areas were not cleaned and there was no electricity at all. There were smoke buds in the swimming pool. We were there without electricity for a very long time after which we decided to move to another villa.

Property is isolated, hard to find - no sign boards to guide. Difficult for zomato to provide food. Water inconsistent in taps.

Decent place but no caretaker

groupPlace and everything is good. Only problem there is no caretaker to help you in-case you need anything from the market which you have forgot to get. A lady from the slum will give the keys and rest you are on your own. Apart from that clean, hygienic and good location.

Dear snehan, we always had caretaker was on call. Due to covid nearly all guests are skeptical about having a stranger around the entire stay of their vacation with their family. Also we have clearly mentioned that most of the clients needs privacy so we dont have any one from our side staying at the villa. Hope that rest of the facilities were upto the mark.
