Luxury Suites by Ashiyaanaa with Pvt Pool

We were a group of 3 and stayed for 1 night during last week of May. We reached the location using Google maps that was spot on. The rooms were better than expectation and the exclusive outdoor area - pool and views beyond - for each room was excellent. We had snacks in the room ordered via room service and dinner at the Blend n' Brew vegetarian restaurant next door. The coffee and French fries were exceptional while the nachos and pizza were also good. Overall a great stay and appreciate the property owners, management and support staff for taking care of us.

Really courteous and helpful staff. The suite was awesome but can do with a bit of instructions on how to get the electronic appliances started. Private and great for couples and young families. P.S.: Would be great if they could add a signboard to let visitors know that they need to turn into this particular gate (their cafe board is there but first timers might not know about the in house cafe names)

I had an excellent stay at Luxury Suites by Ashiyana near Lonavala. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, making the experience even more special. The food was delicious, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. A special mention to the property manager, who was extremely supportive and ensured a hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Locating the property was straightforward. The suites matched the description. The staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy. The food quality was excellent. However, the swimming pool requires a cover to mitigate dust and insect intrusion. The location and views were highly favorable.

The location is not that great, however the rooms are great and maintained hope it's visible in the pictures. The food quality is good and it's worth the money. However, there is no reception as such which is a problem, as you don't know where to call in case of any issue.

The room and ambience was really good but they had limited food options. Also there was a lot of disturbance due to some function.

It’s was lovely location and so peaceful and well maintained place. Staff is so supportive and well mannered. One suggestion is if they can include dal and dhahi in their food menu and any other non veg item apart from chicken, then it will too good.

It's an awesome location with a great interior of the rooms with very comfortable beds and overall aesthetic the food was really tasty and the staff is very well

Excellent Place Excellent Staff Really Enjoyed

The location is a little bit isolated, but it's worth every penny, food is nice and room is outstanding, and the view is just cherry on the top, even the caretaker and service is brilliant.

Place was good and clean. Their food was nice but there were some things lacking. They did not provide with room slippers, the behaviour of some of the staff members was not good. Services could have been better.

Stay was Good. No sign board on road about location. Food availability was so limited. Staff was non co operative. Swimming pool was dirty.
