Luxury Suites by Ashiyaanaa with Pvt Pool

The property is located right in the middle of forest overlooking the view of Pawna lake. It’s surrounded by peace and tranquility. The way to the property is very beautiful and serene although people who do not drive in hilly areas may find it difficult. Next is the food, food was good and tasty but a bit costly. There are no swiggy/zomato deliveries in the area so no other option other than ordering from the kitchen. There is a small cafe Beans &Beyond within the property which offers good pizza pasta and coffees. The property did not have any activity but the suite booked was very beautiful. The pool was clean and water was refreshed everyday. The room setup was lavish and stylish. The only issue we faced was a frog in the bathroom and spider webs also. Although they cleaned it after asking. The staff’s behaviour was very polite and they addressed all concerns quickly. Overall it was a very great stay and experience. Must visit for couples, small families who wants to spend some quality time together amidst the forests

The location was up the hill , the roads to the property was a little challenging due to potholes. The location faceed the Pawana lake,which was a lovely view . Luxury rooms . Fantastic staff. Private pool. Food was also great. Overall a great experience.

I had a good stay at Ashiyana by Horizon. The property itself is nice and offers a comfortable experience. One important suggestion for future visitors is to travel with your own vehicle, as getting cabs or autos in the area is difficult and can turn out to be expensive. The private pool was not as clean as we expected, which was a bit disappointing

Reaching the location was an issue as we had to off-road too much to reach the location from Pune - Location through expressway

Location was a little bit interior. It is tough to find and roads are very difficult to traverse. Swimming pool was untidy. There were insects crawling inside. They cleaned it on asking it though. It’s was lovely location and so peaceful and well maintained place. Staff is so supportive and well mannered. One suggestion is if they can include dal and dhahi in their food menu and any other non veg item apart from chicken, then it will too good.

The suite was the perfect getaway at Lonavala. We didn't take the villas. These are just a set of 6 suites each with the same layout and its own plunge pool. Though it's located a bit in the outskirts of the city, it's worth the money. The plunge pool with a view of the Pawna lake is just so relaxing. The room is well laid and so comfortable. TV had Netflix too. It's just as shown in their pictures. Generally pictures could be misleading but it's not that way here. Privacy was great. The staff also were polite and helpful. There is a cute cafe nearby and you could walk down hill and explore the Pawna lake and the village. There are other properties and resorts around and along the way too. So it's safe. As two female travellers, the experience was safe and absolutely delightful. The food from the in-house restaurant is also very well made. We had chicken pahadi tikka, egg fried rice and buttermilk. All were good. The manager had also arranged a cab for us for our return journey to Lonavala railway station. Autos are available and they are making the journey to and fro Lonavala city and the resort, but the route has bit of ghat road. Depends on how many people and also luggage. Cab cost us 1k for the return journey but you may bargain. This is a genuine review, not sponsoring the brand. May be things may change when you visit but I hope not and then it would be awesome!

We were a group of 3 and stayed for 1 night during last week of May. We reached the location using Google maps that was spot on. The rooms were better than expectation and the exclusive outdoor area - pool and views beyond - for each room was excellent. We had snacks in the room ordered via room service and dinner at the Blend n' Brew vegetarian restaurant next door. The coffee and French fries were exceptional while the nachos and pizza were also good. Overall a great stay and appreciate the property owners, management and support staff for taking care of us.

Terrible experience at the property. There was no sign board or directions to the property. The private pool in the room was extremely dirty and due to proximity to forest area it got dirty very quickly again after cleaning. There were big bugs and insects all around the pool area and entered the room as well making it unhygienic. Half the food items mentioned on the menu weren’t available and some of remaining were told to take too much time. When we called the staff to help with the insects, they came in, changed the sheets and left. No hotel manager at the property, and no road in or around the rooms.

Food was good and rooms and cleanness was superb, there is no phone in the room to order for food and everytime had to walk down for order. Also there is a menu card in the room but most of the times the items we ordered was not available and had to settle for something else

Really courteous and helpful staff. The suite was awesome but can do with a bit of instructions on how to get the electronic appliances started. Private and great for couples and young families. P.S.: Would be great if they could add a signboard to let visitors know that they need to turn into this particular gate (their cafe board is there but first timers might not know about the in house cafe names)
