Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced during your stay. Regarding the water seepage near the staircase window, we would like to inform you that it is a minor issue which our caretaker ensures to clean at frequent intervals when ever required during the day. Unfortunately, on the night of your visit, there was exceptionally heavy rainfall which may have worsened the situation. We had already carried out leakage repairs during the summer, and we plan to rework on it again as soon as we get a few dry days. We were also surprised to learn about the cockroach sighting, as we conduct regular pest control treatments at the property. Nevertheless, we will immediately coordinate with our pest control vendor to inspect the premises again and increase the frequency if required. Additionally, we would have been more than willing to address any concerns during your stay had we been informed. Neither I nor our caretaker received any call or message regarding these issues during your visit. Prompt communication would have allowed us to assist you in real-time and ensure a more comfortable stay. We truly value your fee

villa location is good but the owner and the caretaker doesn't allow to use pool n play music after 10 pm no point booking for a party.....they won't listen the owner told me to switch off pool lights and use how will I use pool in dark that too without music it was a sad situation for us next morning our checkout time was 11 am we told them we will checkout by 12 but the staff and the owner are non cooperative... after arguments they agreed ....it was very disappointing

Dear Guest, We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations and we appreciate your feedback. As per local regulations, the swimming pool and outdoor music are not allowed after 10:00 PM. Despite this, you continued using them, and we had to turn OFF the underwater lights and pool waterfall at 11:15 PM. We still allowed pool access (without waterfall and underwater lights) and allowed to keep pool side deck lights ON. We provided you an early check-in at 1:00 PM without any charges (standard is 2:00 PM). On checkout day, you informed our caretaker around 10:30 PM that you will checkout 12:30 PM, though our standard checkout is 11:00 AM. Unfortunately, this was not feasible, as we need sufficient time to clean and prepare the villa for incoming guests who check in at 02:00 PM. We politely requested you to checkout by 12:00 PM at the latest and mentioned possible extra charges for further delays. Please understand that late departures significantly impact our ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and punctuality for all our guests. All of our rules and policies are clearly stated on MMT and displayed at the villa. Thank you for your understanding.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa. The villa was very clean, our kids enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. Caretaker ganesh was very helpful too. Overall we had a great time !

This villa is part of a gated society and at a very peaceful location adjacent to a mountain, still not very far from restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It's nicely maintained with each room having tv and ac, wardrobe and king size beds. The caretaker is helpful too. Would love to visit again. Thank you !

Excellent place to stay with family and friends in lonavala. Wonderful location & beautiful view from balcony and terrace. Well maintained swimming pool. Homemade food available on per order. Landlord is very co operative. I had great time with friends today, and recommended this place for your next trip to lonavala.

I heard about divine bliss villa from a friend who had previously stayed there. The location is excellent. It's very close to the railway station, central market and express way. The property itself is very well maintained. It has everything you can need and imagine. The local food arranged by the host was homely and delicious. The caretaker was helpful. Host himself was very approachable. Overall we had a banger stay.
