The bungalow matches the pictures in terms of maintenance and upkeep. At check in the cleanliness and details; well tucked in duvet, bathroom dry and stocked with fresh towels. Glasses and dishes clean and dry arranged in a proper rack. Above all the care taker was also polite and helpful.

they did not allow cooking..not even basic coffee and tea.. property not cleaned on a daily basis.. definitely not value for money..food from the hotel recommended by the caretaker is the worst despite being very pricey don't go for it

The property is not in as good condition as it seems from the photos. The walls were not painted and some furniture looked old. There was debris piled up near the entrance and in one room the ceiling was broken. The food quality for breakfast is poor. There are literally no cupboards to use. On the good side, you can order from zomato Swiggy, cutlery is available and sufficient. The rooms and washrooms are clean. The villa is easily accessible by road with calm and peaceful surrondings. Overall though we were disappointed. Our experience with other similar priced villas has been better.

Beautiful villa, comfortable stay with family ..

Property was not clean and chairs are damaged. One of our friend met with accident as back support for chair was poorly maintained. At the time of checkout we have been asked to pay damages and we are left with no option as we have paid deposit. Really bad experience which I did not had prior with Hope you will make sure this will not happen with any traveller . Thanks for your support.

The villa was beautiful! very comfortable stay. Clean and well maintained. The pool was also very clean and the helper ganesh was more than helpful to make our stay even more comfortable. Will definitely visit again

Everything was great except only thing which we found a bit odd was charging money for using / cleaning of utensils after having meals, as that should already be a part of the booking.

Was an average stay with power cuts 8-9 times a day. No back up generator. Invert-er was their but that to exhausted due to frequent power cuts. Staff also average.

Beautiful and clean place, specially loved the hall with so much sun light and the paintings all over the house. Caretaker was also very helpful, would visit again.

I am a regular saffron stays patron and this time too i was extremely happy with the property. U no crest is a beautiful villa with all the amenities in place. Caretaker ganesh was prompt and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at saffron-stays - u no crest was wonderful and pleasant, even though we were there for only a day. The villa is very neat and tidy, with spacious rooms that are well decorated. The location is easy to find, and there is ample space for parking two cars. We ordered food from outside; zomato and swiggy are available, but it's advisable to order at least an hour in advance as delivery times can be unreliable. The swimming pool is sufficient for 5-6 people, but it may feel congested if there are more than 6 people in the pool at a time. The kitchen was functional, equipped with all the utensils needed for meals. Signal strength for air-tel and vodafone is weak in certain areas of the villa. Ganesh raut, the caretaker at the property, is very helpful and a nice person. He was supportive throughout our stay. For a short stay of 1-2 days, it's definitely worth a try.

Excellent, well maintained villa. Pool is 4. 5 ft is good enough for a group of 9-10. Bathrooms and bedrooms are beautiful with the right amount of decor to give it a homely feeling. Best part is the villa is in the middle of the town but is also secluded and quiet. Outside food is allowed and swiggy /zomato deliver almost all outlets. Kitchen has limited use (no cooking allowed) however you have all amenities - utensils, microwave, fridge etc. Wifi coverage and speed is excellent. An awesome weekend place to relax
