StayVista at Pura Vida - A hill-view villa with Modern interiors & Swimming pool

The villa is very well located, easy to reach from the highway and pretty close from Mumbai. Despite this, it's away from the hustle and noise of lonavla. Offers a lot of privacy. Villa was clean, we'll maintained. A big living room that offers pool view and a fully functional kitchen is a big plus. Swimming pool is decent and exclusive for the villa. Rooms are big and can easily accommodate 12 guests. Only cons during our stay were - They don't offer BF even at additional cost, you have to buy all 3 meals or else nothing. I feel they can make some changes there. As a lot of people would only eat BF. Secondly - the caretaker and one other person kept on entering and exiting the villa during our stay to fix the TV or collect some stuff without even asking us. I think this needs to be avoided. Although villa has a huge LED TV, it wasnt working during our stay, not that we needed it 👍

I would recommend this villa to every group if u want peace and enjoy the nature . The property was very clean and hygiene was maintained to the level best . The thing I didn’t like is they do not have wifi connection and their TV does not have basic recharge also if u think we would sit and watch movie nooo that’s not gonna happen .. also I would want to the property is so big it could have been utilized in better they should have given some games to play or swing in the garden so that we can enjoy differently also ….. but the experience of poollll wassaaa amazing I MUST SAY we stayed everyday till 6-7 hours and enjoyed every bit of it also the food was amazingg

The location is very easily accessible, good roads, very close to the Lonavala railway station and the market. All good restaurants close by. The property caretaker doesn't bother you much and you can roam around the villa freely. Swimming pool was very clean. No WiFi available and no cable connection for the television. Bathrooms are clean. Bedrooms are comfortable and clean too 2 bedrooms have a balcony and face the pool and the third one has huge windows facing the main gate of the villa. Overall amazing stay and a very good place to relax with family and friends.

Though the property is located a bit of interior from the main town, I really liked the location. The rooms were spacious enough and the management maintained the cleanliness very well. Since it is a big villa, they should appoint some security guards. They should keep some varieties in the food. I just faced one issue that the caretaker asked to intimate him about any food order 1 day prior and that is difficult. Even when I intimated him 4-5 hours prior but he disagreed.

Good spacious villa with basic interiors and sitting spaces. The property is located in a serene environment. Pool is not covered so expect dust and small insects. Rooms and bathrooms are quite good. Overall the villa has a very spacious and airy vibe and location is definitely good. You can procure grocery if needed at a shop which is close by.

The property location is very good. Market is not too far. Only thing i didn’t like is there is no direct contact with villa owner. And by mistake we booked vila on wrong date and make my trip did not help to change our dates. The food is costly there instead you cook yourself or order from zomato.

Very friendly caretaker and the owner. Didn’t give us a hard time at all. Everything was top notch when we checked in.

Property location is perfect with so much greenery. Food option were also very good along with the taste. Only thing i didn’t like was the safety as the main door locks were missing or non functional and mentioned that to local person also.

The property was awesome. It's in a hilly region so the climate was also very cold the caretaker was very polite, professional & very helpful

I had a good stay, the villa was absolutely spick and span. Caretakers have taken good care of the property. On our request, they also cleaned the swimming pool twice. We had a really good stay. The only thing missing was food service as we had to take our own ingredients to make food.

Swimming pool is small but good for family

The property was nicely maintained. All the amenities were also as per the expectation. In general we had a pleasant stay.
