Terra Rosa is a vintage property located on the Chorao Island in Goa. The property is surrounded by serene and quiet surroundings away from the usual tourist crowd. The antique furniture and curios spread across the house add to its charm. The property offers homely and delicious food on demand. However, the cleanliness of the property needs improvement. The location of the property is far from the beaches, but it is an excellent place to hang out with friends and family. Overall, Terra Rosa is a great value for money property.
Location
The property is located in a quiet and serene location away from the usual tourist crowd. It is situated on an island near a children's park and a church. The island is beautiful and perfect for roaming around. However, it is far from all the beaches, so it may not be suitable for those who want to party all the time during their stay. Overall, the location is amazing and offers much serenity.
Cleanliness
The house was not clean, and there were layers of dust on the bedpost, lampshades, and some of the furniture in the room and elsewhere. The kitchen was unkempt, and the tea mugs in which guests were served were dirty with black stains. The swimming pool was not cleaned initially, and the AC in one of the rooms was not working. However, the staff was helpful and tried to address the issues as soon as possible.
Food & Dining
The homely and delicious food was available on advance notice. The cook on demand made Goan food, which was very affordable. However, the breakfast was not good, and something as basic as an omelette was not done properly. There were limited dining options as there were no real restaurants to choose from.
