Overall experience was very good But Check in hrs and allocation of room should be faster

Room409: My experience was an average. Front desk is professional. Room was clean but shabby corridor& bathroom with broken fittings. Screeching main door, unfit to operate for disabled, sick and elderly people. Stinking lift cabin. Bellboy lacked basic grooming and was haggling for tip.

Low quality toiletries, broken curtains. Very basic breakfast.. In 4 nights stay only once room cleaned...wont stay again

Location is good. Safety in lift is needed. Central AC is quite irritating sometimes. Cleanliness is fine. Good.

Talking about experience it was a great place to stay but room condition was okaish with the amount per night was not at all satisfied.Room service was good but AC was not working good..Overall i rate 3 out of 5 for this stay.

AC not working and our guest will not satisfied the all family suffered so much hole night also mattress not provided as per our guest demand u am requesting you kindly check reversed the hole amount otherwise will go cunsumert necessary further action will be taken

Complimentary breakfast is for namesake only 1 dish is kept room service is not providing 1 ltr bottle for a person per day

Stay was excellent, especially the mandavi river view. Neat and clean rooms.

Check in and check out was very smooth, hassle-free. Location wise it is excellent. But main issue is food. They don't have their own kitchen and have tie up arrangement with 3rd party inside the property. Food quality is poor and breakfast has hardly option. Complementary breakfast is meaningless. The staffs are good and very helpful

Staff was very cooperative and supportive. Room are bigger and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok.

Rooms are big and spacious. Housekeeping was done on daily basis and staff were courteous and professional. However, bathroom was quite small and geyser wasn't upto the mark, we only got lukewarm water.

Usually stay here, this time group of 5 stayed. Nice experience. Rooms are clean and tidy. Enjoyed the stay.

Rooms were nice and spacious and cleanliness was good, they don’t have wifi in the hotel. Breakfast was very poor with very less option it would be great if they removed the complimentary breakfast and give that off on the booking as its not at all worth it even some of the restaurant staff were bit rude.

Service was average. Poor house keeping. Providing only one water bottle for each guest, on arrival, irrespective of the number of days of stay. So had to buy water from outside for remaining days. However staff were courteous. Breakfast spread was okay. Had lunch and dinner outside. Good central. Location on main road, over looking mandovi river

Even though it's a gtdc hotel they have maintained the high standard. Rooms are perfect, very spacious with all amenities specially the fifth floor rooms having spectacular view of the river and all the major casinos are just a few minutes walk. Location is very good. Restaurant food quality was not upto the mark but buffet breakfast was ok. Overall quite happy with my stay
