Terrible Stay

Booked for two days, and informed the property that ill be checking in on the second day very early in the morning because early check-in at 730am wasn't an option... The operator was all sweet and said there wouldn't be any problem and that the property would be ready for check in.. We reached at the aforementioned time to only realise that our room was being used by someone else... The washroom was filthy, water bottles used. The room was full of caked up with mud. After a very harsh exchange of words with the management we found out the manager was using our room... Such professionalism The manager was nowhere to be seen till we checked out of the hotel. I demanded a refund , an enquiry was made by team to only find out the hotel management about compensating us with free dinner and breakfast, none of that happened... They also had the audacity to ask for a review when i was checking out... So here it is 😀

Worst Hotel and Worst Loca

The property is located inside the village area with a kachha (unpaved) road. When I reached the property, only a security guard was present, and he was sleeping. The contact number provided for the property was not reachable. I tried calling the MMT customer support number, but it was in a long queue. It was late at night, and I had no other place to go. The location of the stay is so remote and interior that no cab/taxi was ready to pick me up. I had to pay extra charges to arrange a taxi at midnight. My experience with this hotel was extremely poor and unpleasant. I strongly advise others not to be misled by attractive photos and ratings, as they appear to be fake or manipulated.

I recently stayed at Stay Vista in Baner, Pune, and my experience was truly wonderful. The room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed.
