There was no soap dispenser in the washroom which is very disappointing. it's basic thing to provide in washroom

I was assigned rooms in the Windsor wing ground floor. Rooms are very old and not maintained properly. There was a very bad smell coming out of the room. I informed the reception about it and they changed the room but the changed room also had the same condition and smell. Parking is another challenge there. They have limited parking space available and I had to park my vehicle on the road. The swimming pool and game zone are in terrible condition. It needs proper maintenance. Though the food is good in the restaurant (Bombay Gourmet) but it is over priced.

The location of the property is well accessible, near the highway. But the property is way too overpriced considered the amenities. We booked our stay for a room with bathtub and balcony (specifically) but we're disappointed by both the specialities. The same price offers a much better facility. Staff hospitality is good and food quality is also nice.

Food: we had complementary breakfast there which was good and ordered some meal as well which was good as well… Location: very nice location as it’s just nearby to main road… they should put board on that turn coz it’s not easily visible. Facility: Room was not properly cleaned… Play zone also not properly… there is bad stink nearby pool area…

Just amazing, great location, scenic views, beside a waterfall, amazing food, just 5 min from main market, so easy to get direct rickshaws as well. amazing staff and property too. thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I badly needed a break and surely got an amazing one with meritas!

The stay was perfect !! We had a great experience the hotel is located at a great turn just before all the Lonavala traffic. Travelling with an infant i was really worried about the hotel location amenities and staff but everything was just perfect. The staff are very polite and helpful service is good the food quality and taste is excellent. We had an overall great stay this is the second location of meritas i have tried and it has not disappointed
