Trikaya Retreat

The view from the room was good and scenic. however room quality and food below average. there were broken chairs, bathroom had a tiny washbasin, a small A4 size mirror.

The USP of the property is it’s location which is very serene and peaceful. I was not happy with the room though as it was not cleaned very well, toiletries were absent and no option of calling anyone for assistance, extra bed was provided for kid but no pillow or blanket alongside it which made it useless. Food was average, breakfast was specially below average with hardly any options. Not worth the price being charged by the property.

It was such an amazing stay, Very pleasant and aesthetic home decor. Best for privacy and away from city crowd.

Property is very well maintained and dedicated caretaker is been assigned. We had great welcome and natural vibe was there. It was best time have ever had.

We visited trikaya resort over a long weekend. I have rated it a 3, that’s the average of various parameters. It is nestled amid-st beautiful green hills and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. The property has quite beautiful landscaping. For just that i could rate it a 5/5 however other aspects leave you wanting for more. Maintenance of the rooms are poor, food was okok and service could be better, it is surely not value for money. The room was nice with beautiful views, but the washroom wasn’t very clean and door wouldn’t close. The balcony in itself was good, but considering it is most used in the rains, the canopy could have been bigger for one to sit out and enjoy the views. The green artificial turf grass laid on the balcony won’t let it dry and the whole room was getting wet because of this. All in all, if the maintenance and service could be improved, this retreat has great potential.

Property was good but rs. 15500 charged for a night it is not worth. Since u r charging so much at least u should provide mini fridge and wi fi connection at least for emergency purpose. Rest everything was fine

It was my first experience with trikaya retreat. The place is very remotely located. You need to have your own vehicle to reach the place. Otherwise private auto n cabs will charge a lot to n fro from this place. Since i visited it in the monsoon, there was a lush greenery around. The villa booked had a nice room but there was no hot water. Unfortunately we had to bathe in cold water despite having cold weather outside. The caretaker mr deepak was a nice, warm person. Overall staff is really nice n warm but considering the amount charged for rooms n food, the food was quite okay, not great. It didnt have variety. We checked in by 5 pm and missed our lunch. Like other resorts in the market, i thought the lunch will be carried forward to next day but to my worst surprise, i was told to pay extra for lunch (rs 550 per person for veg meal. It was quite an unprofessional n greedy gesture i felt. We were charged rs 2500 for extra 4 hours extension in lower standard room than what i had booked. They had initially refused to give towels during extension time. But later on one kind guy managed it for us. Overall considering the price charged, food n room quality and the remote location, i feel its overpriced n over-hyped resort. I will not visit it again n wont recommend it to anybody.

The stay was very comfortable. Lunch and dinner was good. Barbecue was perfectly arranged. Service was upto the mark. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Trikaya Retreat property is excellent. Staff behaviour is very good. Could not ask for anything else. I am a very happy customer 😊

Very beautiful property with mountain view. Good service

We had been here for 1 day and night stay, 12 march. Food is simple but tasty. All meals included, package is worth. Location is excellent. There are lot of places to hang out as group, good view. We stayed in bungalow named dwij and it had excellent view inside and outside. The staff plus local tour guide mr ramdas was very helpful and provided good support during mini treck he hosted. The location will look lovely in rainy season, or just at end of rainy season, but i would recommend good walking shoes, and some clothes appropriate for hiking. Barbeque was also very good at the top garden, very co operative staff. I also would like to thank ms receptionist who responded me well on whatsapp before booking, and provided clear information.

Location is too good but food quality worst to worst they should take a benifit of location to serve better no more trips there as compare cost is too much

Room and bathroom was very small and towels were smelling bad and dirty, there was no room service, we had no food choices, no menu, you have to eat whatever they make. Sanitation was worse, everything was dirty, they didn't even have a proper handwash, drinking water was smelling. Only good thing was the view

First of all, the hotel was on hill so we have difficulty to find the exact location, no sign board available in the Road, we took the tent, we paid Around significant amount. Facilities and amenities were good.

Food was great, tastes like it is homemade. Location upper side of hill which is terrific, view was amazing hotel. Hotel has its own waterfall which is superb, service and behavior of staff was excellent. In bathroom, bathtub water was not heated, but that is not an issue. Anyone requires peaceful environment, it is the place you visit!

Decent caretakers are very kind. Down to earth place. Away from city's busy life. Peace of mind good vibes safe, people of the village are really very nice always smiling. It was really good time there. Everything was just perfect. Thanks.
